Ismet Rating: Review Date: 12/30/12	Comment: Everything plugs in fine. Believed I could use this to to hook up my xbox to pc from composite to vga = either this item does not perform this way or is defective. Cant come across any info pointing either way.
Artemas Rating: Review Date: 12/19/12	Comment: None None The cause why this will not function for those of you wanting to hook up a Television or other device with this cable, is that VGA does not manage Accurate Component signal. In order to get this to perform effectively you will want to obtain an additional device that will transcode the RGB signal into a true Component Signal. Hope this aids these who purchased this.

Tried to use this device to display my laptop on my Tv Monitor(VGA TO COMPOSITE VIDEO) and i could not get the device to operate at all, seems as if the device is defective or was never intended to be utilised in that manner! Either way, i couldn't get a video signal from the RCA composite jacks...
