Cons: You need quite a bit of force to get the 4 bolts going.

Pros: Converts existing Ultra series coolers easily to support LGA1156 sockets. Cross-brace has been improved and its tighter now.
Comment:
Since my Ultra 120 Extreme cooler is still decent relative to newer designs, I decided to keep the budget down and use this cheap bolt kit so I can re-use my cooler with my new LGA1156 system. It all worked out perfectly fine.

Cons: None I can think of. We still need to remove the mobo to install the back plate.

Pros: Gives a second life to our TRUE.
Comment:
I waited to order my whole 1156 build until this kit was available. Works fine. I feel the 'dime' tip to tighten the TRUE is not necessary since the bracket is tight enough. As stated in other user's review, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN or your first memory slot will not work.

Cons: None that I found.

Pros: Works, not too $.
Comment:
Works as advertised. No complaints from me. Takes a little bit of effort to bend it to get the screws started. One thing to be wary of: I have heard of people over-tightening 1156 mounting kits, causing one of the DIMMs to not be connected properly (no idea how this happens, I suppose it is bending something it isn't supposed to). Make sure you do not remove the springs.

Cons: May hold TOO tight if you are not careful.

Pros: Lets you use your TRUE on the new 1156.Holds tight.
Comment:
I had an interesting experience with this bracket. After I installed it on my new mobo, it would not even post. At first I thought I got a bad board...no...bad ram...no...bad CPU? doubt it...then no. Finally I took it all apart, and my mobo fired up like a wild stallion. It turns out if you tighten these till they stop (like you are suppose to) it messes up the retention bracket for the CPU. Tighten it until you can barely slide the TRUE around a little (if you have slick thermal paste). All in all, its a bracket...not a big deal, just thought I would give a heads up in case that happens to someone else. (maybe I am just stronger with a screwdriver than I think haha)
