Intel Celeron E3200 2.4GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor

For the price, you can't get much better CPU than this for use in a budget build. This thing has some great OC potential as I was able to take it up to 3.2GHz on stock voltage (backed down to 3.0GHz because of MB issues) with the included (weak) heatsink. Provided I spent some money for a decent cooler and MB (cheap MB for build [Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L], OCing ability was a bonus), I'm sure this would have been able to hit 4GHz.

i bought this for a budget build. i was able to overclock it to 3.2 Ghz on the stock cooler. way better then i expected. for the price you can't ask for more!
