Cons: Might be overkill for avg user.Price if cant drop  $1200 on 1 peice of hardware

Pros: Fastest cpu for lga2011.Great for Rendering.
Comment:
Just built a Monster Rig using this cpu with Asus Black Edition x79 board. Have my cpu at 4.8Ghz with 1.3 Vcore. 64 gigs Corsair Dominator Platinums 2400mhz. In current rig this cpu is a absolute Beast for all I throw at it. Which is great means I can move onto more demanding tasks. Its overkill yes but its always better to have the power not need it then it is to need it not have it.
