Appears great. Does its job. With these boots on snug connector will not lock into ports. I had to back the boot up so that the release thingy is actualy out of the boot to get the connectors to lock. |

It's produced of soft rubber enabling you to press down on the tap of the RJ45 plug. The boot seems to grip the RJ45 plug somewhat ok. The opening in the rear of the boot is also huge for CAT5 cable and is even too large for CAT6. This makes the boot straightforward to slide back. It some case, I guess that could be a pro as well... Not substantially else to say about this solution other than it make your property made cables look additional qualified. |

they're boots what can I say that you don't already know really stiff! occasionally had to slide boot back from end to be in a position to push down clip. bytecc blue snagless boots don't match the color of bytecc blue cat six. huh. |

Good cost. I have some current cables without having boots and don't have the tools to recrimp the ends. It was a basic matter to split one of these boots down a single side with an exacto knife and wrap it around the cable. Created of rather stiff plastic. |

none Quite stiff plastic, makes it very hard to get rid of when plugged in. Theses boots really prevented connectivity when plugging into my patch panel. Took off the boots and everything worked fine. |
Fits around the plug well, low expense The color was not anyplace close to what is in the image, they had been much more of a dark violet color which doesn't match any typical ethernet colour at all. All of the boots in this bag had been certainly rock difficult as nicely so I ended up just throwing the bag away rather than deal with the hassle of returning them. I purchased some black boots from the same manufacturer and they were perfectly fine, not confident what the deal was.
