Cons: cable holders clips are great but the adhesive wears quickly if you remove and re-attach

not a con, but the pcb/controller for this uses an expansion slot. I was able to remove the pcb from the bracket and mount on a removable drive tray by using a screw hole for a 2.5" and fixing it there(hides the cables nice to). |

Cons: PCI E slot
Pros: Length of cable is enough light up your case, easy installation, the converter is a nice addition, bright bright bright Comment:
I can't find anything wrong with this product, easy installation and the LED is very bright. I just wish it doesn't take up your PCI E Slot though... |

These things are bright when maxed! Absolutely beautiful. It can be dimmed down if you prefer. I use these with 2 pairs of UV cathodes. When the cathodes are on, I use them on the dimmest setting which complements the interior beautifully. This review was modfied by poster @ 11-02-11 11:51 PM |

Used as ambient lighting inside my case (HAF X). Effective and looks good. My only problem is that it takes up a PCI slot. Problematic if you have too many expansion cards or want to leave them open (use vented slot covers). Not a problem though for the HAF X (if you use a standard size ATX MBO), since you have two extra slots anyway. |

Cons: sleeving could be better.endcap is a piece of heatshrink tubing. would have like to see a black plastic cap or something similar.edit:-backplate isn't completely compatible with my case, doesn not lock into place with the case.-this is the second one i bought first one died on me, couldn't rma it because i already cut the wires(that's the way i did it before) i thought i just had to send a picture of it with the cut wires.

Lights up the case bright and beautiful. Able to turn it off when you don't need it running.
