I have nothing but good things to say about this unit.
Pros: It has handled everything I have thrown at it. With the full duplexing and amazingly low print costs this printer is worth way more than the $179.99 I paid on sale. The software from HP is fantastic. Buy this printer! |

Print sometimes disappears off the network for a thus far obscure reason

This printer is a huge win at this price. The build quality seems reasonable and it has just about every feature you could expect (duplex, fax, wireless, separate ink cartridges, oh yeah and it prints too). Would be a great buy even at a high price. The cost per page is only slight more than colour lasers at twice the price.My only complaint is that the printer seems to disappear off the network. This seems to be a problem with Win 7 from googling around. One work around was just to ping it before printing which is annoying but works. I hope a driver update comes out which can avoid this. |
