I was a little worried about buying this because of reports that a significant portion would arrived damaged; however, of 200 only about 5 were damaged (approximately 3%). $30 for 195 cases was still a better deal than anything else I found. |

We ordered 200 of these, I would say about 20 percent had a broken plastic hinge. After a call 200 more were shipped and the others credited. I couldn't be more pleased with the fast service. We ordered an additional 200 more. I am sure that the way it is packaged is the cause to this problem. The product is good and a great value, and TigerDirect has customer service that others should try to imitate! I have bought lots of stuff from Tiger. Pete
