I have an AMD Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition overclocked to 3.8GHz, it keeps my processor beneath 40c when undertaking nothing and keeps it below 60c when beneath load...and I'm using AMD's stock cooler! It's a discomfort to place it on the processor! practically nothing else to say except buy it! Arctic Silver is a nicely recognized to be a single of the finest thermal compounds companies out there. I got the Ceramique rather of the usual Arctic Silver 5 since I was seeing the evaluations and individuals look to be acquiring far better temperatures than people with the traditional Arctic Silver 5. I'm not disappointed and I will purchase Arctic Silver once more if needed.

Good heat transfer properties, non-conductive. None. Utilized on NB cooler of 780i board, MOSFETs up leading are exposed and a paste such as AS 5 could potentially be conductive. A right application of this paste (the stock glue hunting stuff was really thick) combined with a new NB fan brought my MCP temps down 20º at 1.3V and 15º at 1.4V, allowing for greater overclocking headroom, now if only my Q9450 would unlock itself.

- Straightforward to operate with- Non-conductive/capacitive - None I can't tell how much better this stuff is over the stock paste that was on my Phenom II 955 as I also switched the stock HSF out for a CM Hyper 212+, but it hasn't hurt. It was nice to know that it wouldn't result in any issues if I got sloppy with it.

- Worked wonderful, dropped temp on my Phenom II x4 3.0ghz 940 Black Edition by 5 degrees from stock material. Making use of stock cooler fan. Riva Tuner two.24 for temp monitoring.- Was careful not to get any anyplace but on the cpu, but the peace of thoughts that comes with not obtaining to be concerned that it's going to quick something out is good. This stuff is so considerably much better than stock grease or pads. Any time I need to have much more thermal compound, I just buy a lot more Ceramique. None. Ceramique is so good, that from time to time I wonder about putting it on an English muffin - just joking...

It does precisely what it's supposed to do and it's non-conductive, which suggests that I don't have to worry about getting it exactly where it shouldn't be. I bought one tube years ago and I finally need to have a different. I've utilized this one particular tube to retain and upgrade 3 various PCs. As some have mentioned, it's sticky and can be a bit difficult to function with. Follow the application guidelines. After you get the hang of it, Ceramique is fantastic. I don't use Ceramique mainly because I count on it to lower my temps a lot more than something else on the market place. I use it since it's dependable, economical and fairly uncomplicated to apply. I have never been disappointed by the outcomes I get with Ceramique.

not positive seriously if it even functions any superior than anything else, to be honest... so i can't truly name any pros. unfortunately, i do not have a baseline/stock fan/other compound to examine against, so this is what i have observed, for the interest of other folks... or for an individual to appropriate me if i am wrong and these are anticipated temperatures... not seriously impressed with this stuff, or either i'm just not educated sufficient on the subject, but i followed the directions specifically as the manual on their webpage said to apply it.i can't exactly PROVE it is the compound, and not some other factor like the CPU/heatsink/CPU fan or user error... but as said.. i followed directions specifically.does anyone know what a great/average/bad temp is for this processor (below)? i can't think that getting within 15 degrees of CPU meltdown when taxed is a fantastic thing! applied it with an intel i7-860 and a coolermaster tx2 heatsink/fan. idle/startup cpu temp is around 53-55c in the bios. the intel manager in windows shows it as a deltaT measurement. at idle, this hovers around 57-60 almost certainly (around the 50% mark on the gauge)... when seriously taxed (encoding h.264 working with all cores for instance) it gets down to like 16-15 deltaT (if you don't know, greater is *better* for this measurement). that is correct on the border amongst green and yellow on the gauge. at deltaT, the CPU supposedly shuts itself off to stop frying.... so in this case.. i'm not feeling so great about finding that close to the redline even though doing tasks that i do on a common basis. also, for further reference, the "ambient temp" reports typically as 35-40c, and the PCH temp around the same. CPU fan does up to 3000RPM, whilst the back 鲸mm) does about 2400RPM, and the side 120mm (right above the heatsink) about 1200RPM... these are max values.

Good stuff, non-conductive and rapid cure time compared to Arctic silver five. It only requirements 25 hours compared to the 200 hours required for AS 5. most persons see a 1c drop compared to the AS 5 Its a bit thick and challenging to spread but not that poor IMO, and worth it Purchased this as I required a non-conductive thermal compound for MCP and SPP Chips on a XFX 780i SLI board. The MCP was running around 88-90c under load. Now runs at 70c max under load, its only been a handful of hours so it should drop 1-3c after it cures.

Use ceramique compound trigger it doesn't conduct electricity... So if you make a mess it won't short anything out... It's a discomfort to get out of the tube... I applied a pin to poke a modest hole in the tip and it was slow to come out... It's so cold I swear my CPU isn't even on...
