Cons: slow causes errors

Pros: 8GBprice is very low for CF
Comment:
got this for my dslr camera, i figure i try it since it was on sale for very cheap, but it is very slow and causes my camera to lock up and have to turn it off and on just to work agian, it would be good for just backing up data, not reccommended for high performance applications

Cons: nothing

Pros: great price/size ratio
Comment:
As reported by other users, the transfer speed is fine but average. To me, 8gb is a great ratio. It is still very cheap but you can still take many shoots without being worried about the space left. Where there is too much space, I tend to leave too many pictures on the card instead of taking everything out and reformatting it.

Cons: None.

Pros: Easy to carry, good capacity.
Comment:
I like Kingston's memory products so when this went on sale I snapped it up right away. It does what it's supposed to do. The data transfer speeds are nothing special, but it may be my USB card reader that is causing it to slow down.

Cons: Some incompatibilities with Sony camera?

Pros: Cheap, works in my 24MP Sony camera
Comment:
Bought this in a surprise sale. 8GB card is welcome given a Sony 24MP dSLR shooting raw will use up 8GB for just over 100 shots.Only problem was when I wrote images using Sony s/w to the card using the camera as a drive. The card wasn't usable by the camera after that (or as a USB drive) until it was inserted into another computer's CF drive after which it was recoqnised by the camera.
