They do the job, but I wouldn't use them in a high end build. The inverter(?) box for them is unsightly baby blue, the wiring is all unsleeved and you cannot mount them with the velcro they come with. Overall a very cheap product |

Very pleased with these cathodes, they are really bright. in fact i only use one in my case and it shines down the hallway. i would not recommend using both of them but you wont be disappointed with this buy. |

Cons: The Velcro they included with these are bad.... they don't last more then a week before they start to fall apart.....so just go to your retail Canadian Tire Store and buy some strip of *3M Dual Lock Velcro* and your all set!!!

In short buy them but either paint the wires or sleeve them.I do wish the wires were longer so you can move the dc/ac adapter more around. I had to put it in front of my liquid cooling grommets Which i don't use.. yet. But if you want some lighting for your room and case. These are what your looking for. |

Cons: No bells or whistles. Would have been nice to have the option to have it sound sensitive, but its not. Dont get excited when you notice the little box has holes like a speaker and not a vent.. cough. Also wouldn't want to drop this.. Cathode in tube is pretty freely moving around. Make sure its secure.

Yep, Noticed one guy here said it dies on him pretty quick, but that wasn't the case for me at all. Got this with a few other small things in an order to avoid getting ripped off at the nearest computer house. Pretty sure I got it for about $12.. Which isn't really bad. Have been using it on and off now for 2 years and Its still REALLY bright after its after warming up. I would get it. Take the dive, Its $9 and Im almost positive you wont be disappointed in anyway unless you were looking for a cold cathode that wasn't very bright or colorful. |

These are bright and will create a glow across your entire room. The green is the perfect tone as it looks just like the classic alien ship green lights in mist look. Just remember to get your own tape as the included Velcro will fall off for sure. |

Great light, nice and bright. I probably should have bought the 15" but I thought that it would not fit inside my case, turns out there was plenty of room (HAF 932) I would recommend these to anybody looking for a cheap way to make a cold dark case look a lot better |

- Really ugly if you use only green alone in the case.- Can't adjust the brightness...- If you stick it to a red one it does a ugly yellow.
Pros: - Ridiculously cheap, even more if you price-match.- Much more worth it than 1x15" for the price and quantity.- Very bright, even too much if you put it in a small area.- Awesome mix when stuck side-by-side with blue for a relax aquarium look. Comment:
This color imo is only good to be used with blue, more specificaly if put right next to it for a "teal" color.PS: If you stick side-by-side a Red-Blue-Green cathode it will do white! :D |

First time buy LEDs for my case, but i got disappointed by the packaging. No mounting device (tape, gum, whatever...), and crappy plugging device. Just broke mine and rubber it with some copper strap too keep it on.But I bought a cheap one anyway, and still doing the job. |

Pros: - VERY bright- VIVID "bio hazard / alien" green- Very easy to install- Inexpensive- Back plate on/off switch fits easily on any computer case Comment:
These lights are VERY bright and the green is REALLY GREEN. The on/off switch is mounted on the pci bracket, so you can easily turn the lights off if you don't want them always on which is way better than my old set of lights (my old set had a very LARGE round on/off switch that I ended up hiding in my case because it did not fit anywhere else). The only downside to these lights are the cables which are a bit short. I strongly recommend this cathode kit to anyone who wants to add some "WOW factor" to their computer :-) |

I'm using these in an Antec 300 with a custom window. Definetly bright enough, and the green is GREEN, not a faded or pukey colour. Longer cables would be nice though, especially if these are being used in a larger case. |
