The drive is pricey compared to 80gb 7200 rpm sata drives. However the performance improvements justifies the additional cost. Significant performance improvements over standard disk drives. I am moving to replace all system drives with ssds for my business. |

Cons: Expensive
Pros: fast, fast, fastCorsair qualityfit nicely in my Lian Li case Comment:
Fastest hard drive i have ever used. Fits in my case easily with 4 bottom screws. Price is still on the high side compared to conventional hard drive, but hey, it's ssd you pay for the speed. Got this on surprised sale for 199.99 which is the cheapest i've seen. Too bad i can only buy 1 at that price instead of 2 in raid |
The Trim firm update is available for the Performance SSD series only. I am not sure if I am keeping this drive. I was intending to install windows 7 onto it, but without trim things will start slowing down . What to do!?
