600w @ ᢈ% efficiency, numerous multiple connection types Not actually modular, due to the fact you can't disconnect unused cables like other PSU's.The cause for the rating as 4 egg alternatively of five eeg: The four pin (molex) connectors are quite tight. I'm making use of two older IDE HD's which get their energy through molex connector. I was able to 1 out five of the connectors on the PSU. Luckly I was in a position to use the bridge that powers a 120mm fan to power my other HD becasue I could not get the ones from the PSU to connect. I very advise this PSU if you are not making use of IDE drive that demand a molex connection.

its works 100% fine it was within the limit extremely well in it i was tired when i typed that and did the math incorrect its 11.four-12.6 not 11.95-12.05 there isn't a undesirable issue about it unless you like cable management i was annoyed with a personal computer crashing out of the blue and assumed it was the psu , not sure what it was but hasn't occurred considering that

It's an average PSU at an typical cost. What you pay for is what you get in attributes. The only bonus is it's from Corsair. It's genuinely not Corsair, it's their off line model. I bought it with a 460 GTX and on any high video load, there was a chirping sound I tracked down to the PSU, this continued even on "Fair" ƒǛ) settings in WoW in moderately low load regions. I took my 460 out and put my old 9600 in and it nonetheless chirps. Am going to RMA and get a pro series or shop around for an additional properly rated PSU. Noises aren't usually a sign of defective hardware, but for such a light load it's quite poor. I have a BFG 430w that ran fine with my 9600. Couldn't test the 460 on it due to it obtaining only 1 connector. You can get greater for your funds. It's a affordable PSU that only costs what it does due to the fact of the brand name. Manufacturer Response:I'm sorry but there actually is no "off line" model. This PSU, like all of our PSUs, is covered by our warranty and industry major customer service and technical support. If you have an problem with this PSU, we'll be glad to replace it.External Hyperlink(s): Corsair Speak to Web page|

Solid, runs steady in my system and haven't experienced any crashes due to it. Not the PSU's fault but I can't get the peripheral 4 pin down to a PCI slot for a soundcard. Fantastic for the price.

Nice finish, incredibly sleek. Cable management is great. Excellent for a simple to the point develop. none Some customers may want a lot more molex cables or pciex cables. If you're developing a really serious gaming machine with several gpu's, I would recommend seeking at corsairs higher end models.

Fantastic reputation, cords are lengthy & wrapped. Plenty of power for GTX 460. Lots of connectors for aux things. Nice that the connectors would separate for various MB & Graphics card configurations. not modular, but I knew that. Stuffed the additional cables in a dvd bay. It wasn't worth the extra ฤ for me to get a modular PSU. Would like to see them replace the floppy connector with an additional four pin and an adapter. Very good length of cable between SATA power connectors. I was able to connect both HDD with out any difficulties. My create Phenom x4, 1TB seagate HDD, 500G Maxtor HDD, 2 DVD, EVGA GTX 460

Shorter than the regular corsair energy provide. Extended cables and 2 6pinǞ pin cables. Sufficient SATA cables for just about anyone. It has a quite quiet 120mm fan and a nicely laid out PCB. I wasn't certain it was functioning the initially time I tested it out of the box but I noticed the fan was spinning and all was good from then on. No modular so if that is one thing you want this is the incorrect energy provide for you. Tends to make a really slight wine you can only hear if you place your ear create up to it, just a rambunctious cap and nothing to worry about. Technically speaking this is incredibly much like an updated TX 550. They deliver practically the identical voltage on the 12v rail. This one particular delivers more energy in other areas but is far more or significantly less the very same. As constantly Corsair makes a amazing solution that does not disappoint.

Price was spot on - Newegg eblast bargains rock!Ideal mix of cables for just about any build.Cables are braided quite nicely.Fans operate actually effectively; unit runs cool.Seperate ON/OFF switch beneath AC input socket.Beautifully created - black color and graphics (hated to cover it up). Cables are way also long for a mid tower case (though it's undoubtedly superior than them being too short!).Unit is genuinely intended to be employed in a bottom mount case. Not for mid or smaller instances! I was just seeking to upgrade a stock PSU and now have an whole spare drive bay stuffed full of cabling.Mail in rebates are becoming cumbersome; snail mail for บ, really???

A solid unit but not the top line. Corsair TX-HX Series are the far better choice. Not 80% certified. Note: the CX Series are not SeaSonic produced like the upper tier Corsair units. These are created by CWT and have a 2 yr. warranty. They are not 80% licensed.

Functions fine, all cables had been lengthy sufficient for a bottom mounted, upside-down position (fan pointing up), in a mid-ATX tower. None that I can see :) No concerns, fantastic price tag, trusted brand :) Would have liked a single additional 1.44" floppy connector, and do not trust four tough drives daisy-chained on the same power provide wires, but for a modest construct it is quite great.

I nearly randomly picked out this power supply when putting with each other my computer. The box stated ş power provide manufacturer of the year. No lie either. Quiet, really cool, and as quite a few power conecters as you'll ever require! cables are extended and flexible. ideal! cables take up a decent quantity of space in my case, but it's a total size ATX, so no complaints here! Subsequent personal computer i develop, i will get another corsair

Bought as a backup unit. Excellent stable power for the cost. Some sleeves were frayed when I opened it. And have since gotten worse. They utilized quite bad sleeving and have way as well much on the wires which tends to make it a pain to function with the cables. It might be a cheaper unit but they could have performed superior with the sleeves. Other than the horrible sleeves it's a good PSU. Stable and such, but just the fact that the sleeves suck I wish I grabbed some thing else.

Everything. Corsair tends to make the really greatest power supplies...rock steady. They are conservatively rated, not exaggerated like quite a few low cost brands, which list specs at a lower temps than you'll ever see in actual use....very misleading. are you kidding? Clean, dependable power is a ought to for any computer, so don't even feel about trying to use a 'bargain' PSU; you will regret it. I have two machines operating 400w and 450w, the 450 handles 8gb of ram, my I5-750, OC'd to 3.7GHz, 750gb HD, or SSD devoid of a hiccup. Picked up a 550w for a future construct.
