I took a risk on a refurb and so far I'm quite happy. More than enough power to run my FX-8320 and single R9 280X and no issues in the first 3 months. Quit quiet (other parts of my system are a lot louder, e.g. stock heatsink/fan on proc and case fans on Fractal Design core 3000. No issues with routing or cables and I have plenty of cables left over (which came in a nice nylon storage bag). I'd definitely buy it again.
