Compared to ridiculous apple overcharging, this is a great buy... have been running in work terminals with no problem

Pros: - Fonctionne très bien.
Comment:
Moins cher que sur le site Web d'Apple (leur prix font peurs), ces ajouts restent essentiels pour préserver une bonne qualité d'utilisation sur le Macbook Pro.

Cons: - Two sticks will overheat your laptop when gaming

Pros: - Works in macs (obviously)- Reliable- Cheaper than buying from apple
Comment:
Overall, it's been great having 16gbs of ram in my mbp. However, mid-to-long sessions of gaming without anything cold (like winter air) blowing on it to cool it down will cause your laptop to overheat and exhibit signs of RAM failure. Ran memtest for two days for each stick of ram and in each slot and found no problems. Once I removed one stick, gaming did not cause overheating anymore nor did it cause the RAM failure signal.

Pros: -Waaaaay cheaper than buying from Apple-Run everything you need with room to spare
Comment:
Apple charges $300 for this same upgrade when you do it straight from factory. Don't be a iChump.Took 2 minutes to install, and have not had a single issue so far with a 2011 Mac Mini. I run 3 VMs, logic pro, and pretty much anything else you can do with no slow down or hesitation.Do it.

13" MBP (early 2011) recognized all 16GB

Cons: Hard to find stock. SSD first, then ram for the most bang for the buck under $100 upgrades.

Pros: 16GB! Easy to install. Corsair quality. Matched sticks. Work flawlessly in 13" MBP (early 2011)
Comment:
These matched sticks by Corsair are top-notch and tested to work with your Mac. I dropped this into a 13" MBP (early 2011) in 5 minutes and the 2x8GB configuation was recognized right away. 16GB is complete overkill for my use but priced right this is an excellent upgrade since you can never have too much ram.

Cons: - Too bad it's 1333mhz, now that Ivy Bridge supports 1600mhz. Oh well, maybe next year the 1600mhz stuff will be cheap like this!

Pros: - Works in my Lenovo laptop (X230T).- Also works in my Acer Inspire One (AMD C60, AO725-xxxx). Only one memory slot in that computer, and all 8GB is usable!- memtest86 passes all tests for the specific product I purchased.
Comment:
Obviously works in Macs, but I thought I'd leave a review to let everyone know that it works in Non-Macs, too! Acer Inspire One can take it (well, can take 1 of the 2 sticks). Lenovo X230T very happy with both sticks.Be sure to run Memtest86 or some similar RAM test when you acquire this much RAM. Otherwise it might be months before your own utilization finally touches the bad parts of the RAM, and the crashes will be very random and confusing, and the RAM might be the last thing you suspect!

Cons: make sure you need so much memory

Pros: works perfect
Comment:
MacBookPro 15" 2.2ghz i7 quad, OS X Lion 10.7.4I tried my best and opened lots of stuff and I barely used over 4GB. I opened after that iMovie, iPhoto, Photoshop 5.5, watched hd videos and then I hardly past 6GB.For me I think I wasted my money on 16GB. Probably 8GB for a laptop is perfect amount, no more, no less.

Pros: Works perfectly, less than half the price that Apple charges.
Comment:
Installed in an early 2011 13" MacBook Pro. Works perfectly even though Apple says this models maximum memory is 8GB. The hardest part of the install is getting the 10 screws out. They are glued in with Locktite. You need a very good Jewelers Phillips screwdriver and extremely strong fingers. I managed to strip the head on two of them trying to get them out.

Pros: - Cheaper than the official 8GB customization offered by Apple - Twice as large as the official 8GB customization offered by Apple

Installed in a 2011 Mac Mini without issue. Functions as expected for gaming and software compilation.

Cons: Means you should probably switch back to your old memory if you want to bring your computer in under warranty with Apple. Don't throw it away!

Pros: Easy to install, way cheaper than apple stuff
Comment:
2011 Macbook pro recognises this just fine. Works a treat.

Pros: Quality Product and great value.
Comment:
This is the second batch of 2 x 8GB memory that I've bought from NCIX. Not only are they good quality - but the price is excellent. I installed on my 15" MBP and it is night and day difference to the 4GB that came with the laptop. My programs are running so smoothly. I have not found anywhere that comes even remotely close to this value. This is likely why NCIX sell them out as quickly as they arrive in stock.

Cons: Doesn't work in a 2010 MacBook pro requiring 1066 MHz DDR3 RAM.

Pros: Works flawlessly in 2011 iMac
Comment:
Upgraded my 2011 iMac to 24 GB to better handle Final Cut Pro X work. Upgrade was flawless and having the extra RAM makes a big difference. The next item to get is a thunderbolt drive array and you are set.

Pros: Works great MAC OS lion sees 32GB of memory and when you run multiple applications and Virtuals hosts it shows and you can just do more.
Comment:
Needed more memory to run Virtual hosts on my IMAC 3.4ghz I7 27" and wow i am really happy with the results, now i can run my lab and do my training for my certifications.

Pros: So much RAM! (for Jan 2012)Reasonable Price
Comment:
Put this in my Fall 2011 MBP. It was easy to install just keep track of the 10 screws. Booted up with zero problems ran the hardware checker which said there were no problems with the RAM. 2011 MBP claim to only support 8GB of RAM but they seem to take the 16GB without any problems.
