Cons: Mounting for LGA1366 not the best quality

Pros: Quiet, Very efficient design.
Comment:
This cooler keeps my i7 930 at 56c under full load Prime95, 30c idle running at 4GHz. Very quiet, nickel finish looks good, blue fan led matches the color of my antec 1200 fan lights, always a bonus. the mounting bracket for 1366 is this cheap kind of plastic, very flexible, doesn't scream high quality. The plastic on the HSF is only slightly better. For the price the bracket at least should be better Overall though, I am very glad I bought this cooler. It's not very heavy, cools amazingly well, fits on my P6X58D Premium perfectly and it's quiet.

Cons: Have to remove the motherboard to work on it.

Pros: Great Air-flow.Great Cooling
Comment:
I was overclocking my i5 750 CPU and noticed my temps where sky-high. I shut down the computer and went to a local store and bought this CPU cooler. After tweaking my overclocking profile i am running my 750 s 4GHZ, Stable. under load the CPU never goes above 60C and with no load it is around 40C.It took me about 30 minutes to install as i had to remove the motherboard from the case.I would suggest using the Super Thermal Grease supplied instead of the Artic Silver. I started out with artic silver and my temps were still too high. I cleaned the CPU and cooler and used the supplied compound and it worked much better!

Cons: The darn wire for the fan is in the middle of no wheres on the right top side of the heatsink...should of been in the bottom...but not a big deal really

Pros: it does a what it is supposed to do...Keeps CPU at impressively low Temperatures.Remote control.Blue LED fanQuiet yet efficient 120MM fan
Comment:
I have this heatsink on a (LGA775) E6400 Core 2 Duo 2.13 CPU overclocked to 2.6 ghz and after about 5-6 hours of straight COD: MW2 gaming, or a anti virus scan....Core Temp records high temps of 40-42 degrees C.... when on stock heatsink NOT overclocked the CPU would hit temperatures of 65-70 Degrees C...I Love This Heatsink!

Cons: Had to remove fan for assembly onto motherboard, Obstructed first dimm slot on Asus I5 motherboard, assembly still uses too many small parts compared to Thermalright products.

Pros: heavy, flat polished base, cooling performance is very decent for I5 750.
Comment:
Bought this heatsink when other heatsink choices were either out of stock or out of the budget of the build. The computer was intended to have 8 gb of ram and use all 4 dimm slots. The heatsink is so big it obstructed installing a dimm in the first slot and made it a tight squeeze for slot 2 on an Asus P7P55D Pro. For most heatsinks that use clips, simple mods make using the first dimm slot possible, such as Thermalright Ultra Extreme's or Noctua thermal towers. After deciding to mount the heatsink backwards which reduced its cooling performance, the fan noise on it was also intolerable unless it was undervolted quite allot. Rather shabby fan for a "quiet" product. I was also not too impressed with how many little plastic parts and different types of screws are included for each type of socket, it has at least 40 or 50 small pieces to accommodate any type of installation, again not like most other products. Although the heatsinks actual cooling performance was good, it still gives me the impression that Zalman has become like Thermaltake.. all flash and no real substance. This heatsink was far to expensive for its practical value. Products like the Skyth Ninja offer the same performance with easier install and quieter fan at a cheaper price. Last Zalman product i buy.

Comment:
I got this thing for an aging Opteron 185 system whose previous cooler (Zalman CNPS 9500)wasn't doing a good enough job in my dust-choked environment. This thing is MUCH easier to clean than the copper "flower" design of the previous cooler, and does not collect dust as quickly. One core seems to run MUCH hotter than the other though, and that is something I had not observed with the previous cooler, but this could be due to many factors including improper installation. My temperatures are now well within range and moreover, this cooler has all the brackets allowing me to keep it as I upgrade my system to another socket eventually. It's a good buy.

Cons: umm the packaging cut me

Pros: Quiet, pretty and powerful remote function
Comment:
This is a quality CPU heatsink, comes with all major socket brackets, thermal paste, and a remote. I used velcro pieces to attach the remote to my case, but other than that it worked very well. The cord to connect the remote could be prettier, but the unit itself looks good in the Azza Solano 1000 case.

I have a hisotry of using Zalman coolers, so naturally this was one of the first I looked at for my new build. The unit simply looks amazing!Got this with the following:Corsair XMS3 Dominator TR3X6G1600C8D 6GBEVGA X58 ClassifiedIntel i7 920 DoEven after a 12 hour stress test (with the cooler set on high auto) and the cpu never went above 39c!

Cons: the plastic bracket.....................

Pros: quiet.................
Comment:
This cooler is just huge. you wouldn't believe it. but it does the job... the only thing is that i went crazy to set it up. it took me almost 1 hour. this because i had trouble to tight the screw. my case is lianli pc50 r black/red and my mobo is maximus formula III. Also i would complain for the instruction. they should have explained how to set it up correctly for the air flow point of view.

This heat sink works amazingly. Keeps my overclocked i7 at 4.2 always under 50 degrees and looks amazing with a side window. Get this on sale though.
