Cons: Mounting system could be betterThe fan is touching the RAM

Pros: CheapPerformance/Price
Comment:
Got it at 13$ after MIR so I'm pretty satisfied for the performance/price. The installation is not too hard but the back plate mounting could be better. It's a little big for my motherboard (Gigabyte Sniper M3) as the fan is touching the first DIMM.

Cons: A little difficult to install / Take your time!

Pros: Great cooling for the price
Comment:
I would definitely recommend this fan as it dropped cooling down on an AMD X3 chip by 10 degrees. System was running at 47 degrees with the stock fan but as soon as I switched it to Zalman's copper cooling solution the system is now running at 36 to 37 degrees after several hours.A few points to mention:1) It has a large 120 MM fan - so ensure your case has enough room both length wise and close to the memory banks or installation can be difficult2) I found the instructions provided all over the place and not very easy to follow. You tube the installation of this fan on a motherboard (either AMD or Intel) for quicker set up.Great fan, great price and great overall result...Recommended

Cons: Little Big (be sure you have enough room), Mail In Rebate

Pros: Low price, 120mm fan with low noise, easy installation, well package.
Comment:
Bought this for 14.99 after MIR and at that price you can't go wrong. I don't like the fact that Zalman MIR are prepaid credit card. I prefer a check. The installation was easy for a LG1155 socket. But be sure to have an open area in your case to see the back of your motherboard unless you want to remove everything to do the installation.

Cons: Can be difficult to mountmay be too large for some casesmay block RAM slots

Pros: Good Price Good coolingQuiet fan operationGood solid mounting system
Comment:
ordered this cooler and I'm quite happy with itthis is definitely one of the better mounting systemsyou can use unfortunately you have to remove the motherboardto install this cooler.the good thing about this is the cooler is very well securedand will never fall off accidentally and will have good mounting pressure to your CPU giving that little extra cooling. My Phenom 955 temperatures after installing this cooler with a room temperature of 29 Celsius my CPU idled at 34c and the full load temperature was only 52c with prime 95 running a stress test on all cores an excellent result in my opinion especially due to the warm temperatures that day 29c with the humidity 34c I can't really comment on the fan noise as I have five 120 mm case fans installed running at approximately 900 to 1200 RPM the fan is definitely quieter than the stock fan that came with the CPU as I cannot hear it and now my system is pretty much silent. if I need a cooler again and this one is on sale I would definitely pick it up as it does the job quite well.some things you'll want to keep in mind with this cooler also is that it is pretty large and almost touches my window on myZalman Z9 Plus case you will definitely want to check your measurements around the CPU socket as mine was a pretty tight fit.

Cons: mail in rebate

Pros: Price when on saleBuild qualityEasy of installation
Comment:
I bought this to put in my server case but it didn't fit. I changed my system over to this case since I several and it fit well on my desk. I use it with the top off the case. Its about 5mm to tall. I have to learn to measure better. I found it to be easy to install and seems to built good. I am not going to overclock so it keeps the CPU at a good temp. and is fairly quiet. When on sale for $18.99 with a $10 mail in rebate makes it even better. I hate having to wait about 2 months to get the rebate. I have mailed in several rebates and always get them.

Cons: Can be tricky to install.

Pros: Very impressive performance, outstanding value when on sale. So much better than stock AMD cooler.
Comment:
When this product is on sale, it's a no-brainer. The Hyper 212 seems better if this is at full price ($30). But if there's a sale on this BUY IT.CPU: AMD Phenom II 965 w 3.4 GHz 1.344 vcore (reading in CPU-Z)Stock Cooler: Idle 36-38 C, Load 55 C(also quite noisy)CNPS10X: Idles damn near room temperature, Load 39-40 CCouple of things, I've been testing at full load for around half an hour and the fan speed hasn't changed at all. It doesn't need to, in other words. Another thing, I touched the heatpipes at the base (beside the CPU) and they only felt a little warm. Seriously impressive performance. At stock speeds it seems like this thing could run as a passive cooler. Not that you'd have to, the fan is very quiet. There are some negatives though. It is a little tricky to install, and you do have to install a backplate. It doesn't make use of the existing AMD bracket, and it has to be screwed into the new backplate. You have to hold the screwdriver at an angle, and it can be difficult to get it completely screwed in. The fan clips are also a bit finnicky. On my motherboard, (M5A97 Rev 1) the fan covers a RAM slot, so if you have tall RAM, you might run into issues. Also, it's a big cooler, so make sure your case has room.

Cons: -N/A

Pros: -Cheap price-Keeps CPU very cool and quiet
Comment:
I bought this for a friend and it keeps his Core i7 2600k at 20-25 degree idle and it is very quiet with the stock fan. Nothing to complain about it.

Cons: Not #1 super awesome cooler of all time.

Pros: Fits in more cases
Comment:
Ordered it because its essentially the same design as a coolermaster 212, but the specs are a few mm shorter. Great news for budget cases like Fractal Core 1000. Both combined cost around $55; more money for CPU or GPU.

Cons: The heatpipes look like cheese sticks.

Pros: 50% Rebate??!
Comment:
Looks like a great deal, the fan doesn't look too sturdy, it looks as if it is designed for air flow not static pressure, SP fans are meant to be put on radiators and heatsinks. Just a little heads-up.

Cons: negligible humming in the background due to my cheap tin can matx tower

Pros: cpu is definitely cooler
Comment:
nice and cool,,, but then i have a amd 9150e rated wattage of 65w. My stock cooler was at 54 deg Celsius due to overclocking my cpu to 2.3ghz from 1.8ghz. I did not want to stress test it even more... This heatsink max out at 39 degrees... and its relatively quite. I got this at 14.99, nothing to lose here for that price
