I also happened to get it in a wicked combo deal with the 1200, it cost less than the other one particular I was going to get and it has more power! Runs my insane quantity of fans + lights without a hitch. Its major, MAKE Sure YOU HAVE THE Suitable CASE! There is a small platform in the 1200 that is proper in the way of the energy supply. None for me. Unit was DOA. Expense me the return shipping. Newegg waved the restocking charge, but I lost the combo discount when I chose a different Energy Provide. the size is a plus because the point stays really very cool. fit inside my antec case best! ran a 5870 a 5770 two hdd liquid cooling and other odds and ends... the thing barely got warm. The Power unit is certainly larger then regular but really, quite quiet. Looks like adequate power cables to let me continue upgrading as lengthy as I own this rig. 1st one particular i recieved had a bad 12v rail, particularly the pci express rail. Good Unit and Modular Do not get this PSU unless you have an Antec 1200 series case I beleive. I have a full tower cool master case and it didnt fit (too tall vs. length). I have under no circumstances observed such a issue prior to on a power provide. Anyways have to return and ordered an additional power provide or a far more standard size |

Fits great into my Antec 1200 case. Has just the right quantity of the proper type of energy connectors with a lot of length so I can use good cable management strategy. The initial a single I received had no -5v on the 20-pin connector and no Ƴv on the four-pin CPU plug, located following much gnashing of teeth. I purchased a PSU tester following that adventure. The incredibly quickly replaced (via Newegg) PSU arrived right now and the -5v on the 20-pin connector on this one particular doesn't operate. I am now concerned that Antec's are badly produced and not tested ahead of shipment. If the third one is undesirable I will swear off Antec. I normally go with OCZ or other "name" brand PSU's but was prepared to give this a try. Initially time with Antec and initially time with PSU failure. |

-Cool searching-fits my Antec 1200 case-All fixed cables I use, except for one of the graphics card ones-Added cables are modular-A LOT of headroom, I purchased this organizing on in no way upgrading my PSU till SATA power is outdated See other thoughts So, I get this with my complete develop. I place my Pc with each other, and it performs swell for a day. Then, the PSU starts producing the weird electrical buzzing noise. It's quite soft, but then gets louder. Then, it get even louder and begins playing by way of my speakers! I RMA it back to newegg and got a new a single a week and a half. The new 1 does the identical issue! It even buzzes even though the laptop or computer is off but still plugged in(quieter and less frequent though). I was ticked and settled with the fact that this was just a loud energy supply. But, the buzzing decreased and right after a week or so of use, it is entirely gone. I haven't heard it for 3 weeks and I have had the pc for a month about now. Now that the buzzing is gone, I genuinely, really like this energy supply. |

Quiet, potent and worked out the box.semi-modular, lots of leads. would have preferred all modular. my graphics card does NOT call for separate energy lead, which I should now leave curled up in the case, as it can't be detached.not less costly. Okay so soon after finally finding this, i can only say WOW. Antec really knows how to develop something. They could not release as a lot as other people but when they release some thing its a WOW!
