Cons: Only one flaw for me, but a pretty big one. The wiring just isn't very good at all. My headset cuts power if I move the cord in certain positions, and I am sure it'll break eventually.
Pros: Great sound quality for the price, great bass, the headset part looks and feels quite durable, comfortable, and the surround sound does work. |

Do you enjoy throwing away money? Then buy these.Like most other reviews I agree that the sound is excellent. These are as close to "surround" as you can get on a head set and I loved the fact that it was USB.However, ike most other reviews who owned these for more than 2 months I'll also agree that the build quality is absolute rubbish. I cared for these like a mother cares for it's infant child, but nevertheless the wiring loosened and eventually sound no longer made it through to my ears.The warranty was as useful as a concrete life jacket: CyberSnipa only has one RMA centre and it's in California. NCIX only covers the first few weeks (when the crappy wiring has not self-destructed yet). Enjoy shipping these back all the way to California every two months. |

I was extremely impressed by these as soon as I popped them in. The bass is out of this world! Every grenade that goes off will vibrate these bad boys like crazy. Pretty good accuracy as far as being able to tell where people were coming from. All the usual fps'. After the first week though, the cord pulled out of the inline volume control. I fixed it again and again. Until recently they brokeThese are great headphones, unfortunately they did not have the longevity I was hoping for. |

I RMA'd the first ones. The 2nd ones I got are alright, but I dont think the speakers inside can take alot of droppin or bumps. The wiring is cheap (You can even hear it rattle when you move your mic or adjust the headset) The mic itself is not that great. I just wouldn't purchase again. |

I've owned many headphones including the 1st 5.1 headphones from many years ago. Hands down the best headphones, don't pay twice as much for the razer - killer bass effects. Very highly recommended by a serious gamer/consumer. |

Cons: - Mic isn't the best, but still good- Small bugs in the drivers cause unwanted buzzing sounds, I think updating them fixed it though.

As a first impression these look and feel like a very solid headset. Comparing them to the TekNmotion Pulsewave headset I have been using these stack up nicely but I wouldn't necessarily call them better, especially with the extra price tag. While the sound is nice and has a lot of fine tuning options, I noticed a couple problems such as a subtle buzzing sound from listening to music loud and then turning it off. More comfortable than the Pulsewaves and much more sturdy. I would have gotten the Pulsewaves again but they aren't very strong and mine began to break after a month or so of use. My only downfall with these is the mic, though it sounds good enough, it still has that mic quality to it whereas the Pulsewaves sounded like talking into a phone. Overall this is a great headset that will not need to be replaced anytime soon. (So it seems... and so I hope.) |

If you're looking for a comfortable, high quality headset, then look no further. These things are extremely comfortable, the sound quality is great, and they are also very durable for you people who tend to break yours. Very sturdy head adjustments and also padding for the top of your head. Software is great for those who want to set up different types of surround sound. Highly recommended to all. |

I need a headphone for some late night gaming without waking up the whole house. I can still switch back to my 7.1 speakers setup with a few clicks in Vista. So far I've tried Fallout3 and Bioshock, works flawlessly. The 5.1 speakers let me hear where the sounds' positions accurately, which is all I want it to do.I listen some music. It's alright I guess. I'm not a big music fan so I can't really tell or care anyway. The mike works well too.the software comes on the cd has the usual presets, mixer and config for sound drivers. |

I got the headset for $40 with pricematching, so it's not a huge loss, but I would honestly just get a more expensive headset, like the Tritton AX720 or the Logitech G35.
