Got this awesome SSD for 85$ and I am more than happy about it ! Would have bought 4 of them but I could only buy 1 because it was one per person.. :( In overall, it boots Windows 7 in less than 10 seconds ! And ready to launch any games 5 seconds later !

Cons: Still uses the Sandforce controllers, which can have issues at times

Pros: Very good performance for drives of similar cost and size
Comment:
Bought this to replace a 1TB RAID0 setup as a boot drive, and it works fine. Truth be told I didn't find any real speed increases using it only as an OS drive, but I guess if I were to put programs on it, I'd see better results.

I got two of these puppy's for a raid0 setup and it's just magnificent, I got them refurbished, not even brand new, And they worked without a problem straight outta the package.

I bought the refurb version on sale for $80. It is currently my primary boot drive and I have no issues with it. This is my first SSD, I had no problems with installing and setting up Windows 7.

Pros: -on sale (after MIR it was ~$80, assuming the mir will work)-blazing fast (win7 boots up in less than 10 secs)-trustworthy brand-no problems yet-includes bracket, screws
Comment:
Using this as my boot and primary drive. Just remember to format the drive before use, or else it wont work.

Added this SSD as a boot drive for my machine. Up time is utterly insane now - BIOS takes longer to load than my OS. Picked the drive up on sale, which is a real plus.

Cons: ExpensiveShort drive cage.

Pros: FastRedCorsair Service.
Comment:
Installed on a 2010 iMac to replace the garbage mac drive. Really fast. Fan spins at full speed after install due to temp sensor. This was remedied by a fan control software. Was a pain in the rear to install since it was apple hardware. Needed a T10 and T8 screwdriver. The Corsair supplied drive cage is too short to reach a 3.5 mark but it is stable on two out of 4. It doesn't way much so shouldn't be an issue.Would buy again on sale.

This is my first SSD and I decided I wanted to go for something good, and I got something excellent. The speed difference compared to mechanical hard drives can be noticed immediately. I read about BSODs and firmware issues, but I have yet to experience any issue with my SSD.SSDs are still a bit expensive, but the price is not unreasonable. With HDD prices being high right now because of the flood, you might as well get an SSD.

Cons: Pricy for the size/performance categoryHad to update  the firmware it shipped with

Pros: FastEasy setupEasy updateGood size
Comment:
I have been using this drive as main boot partition and most-used games secondary partition too, it's big enough for my OS and the games I play most frequently and loads everything really fast.So far the drive has been very reliable, though I had to update  the firmware it shipped with to solve an issue with my PC not detecting the drive properly. The update  is easy and painless, available on the corsair forums.I'm very satisfied with this purchase, especially since it was on a pretty large rebate at the time, otherwise I might have gone with another drive in this category.

Cons: Research required to set up operating system for optimal use

Pros: Came with updated firmware. Sata 3
Comment:
The ssd drivers and firmware are getting better all the time. I went for the black friday deal on this and jumped into the ssd arena. Avoid pitfalls by researching the changes needed to your mb and operating system for best performance. I was reluctant to do a complete cmos erase as i wanted to keep my overclock settings but in the end had to do it anyway to over come a glitch. Works great now, even on a sata II mb. Faster boot times the most noticable. Corsair support is the best if you have a problem. If the rebate comes through this drive was purchased for 154.99. Awesome pricing ncix!!

Cons: Only 120 GB

Pros: SATA6 interface. Hella fast
Comment:
Bought this for a new system build and it speeds up BF3 loading times exponentially. As well, boot up time is reduced to a mere 20 seconds or less. Programs start up faster. This is the fastest SSD I have owned to date (I have 2 other OCZ Vertex 2s). I waited until the firmware had stabilized and all the Sandforce BSOD issues were resolved before buying this drive. Remember to update  to the latest firmware revision before using.

Cons: Nothing, wish they were cheaper :)

Pros: Great drive, Fast, Easy to install, no trouble with mobo recognizing it like others posted.
Comment:
For the price of this drive (which you can now find some places for 180 at times) it far outdoes the OCZ line and is WAY more affordable than intel 500 line. Cannot go wrong with this product.

Cons: Has problems being found on some older motherboards (not sure about new ones but mine is a board from 2006 and it picks it up at ramdom)SATA 2 speeds are not as fast as I thought, It just a few seconds faster then my WD Raptor.

Pros: compactfastcomes with 3.5 adaptersupports SATA 2 and 3
Comment:
I got this as it was on sale and I figured I may as well get it now then later when I build a new system with SATA 3 ports. Given my computer is a few years behind in some areas like the motherboard I can't comment on SATA 3 speed, just SATA 2. SATA 2 speed for this is not as fast as I thought it would be. it only out does my raptor by a few seconds. You can't really tell. Also the motherboard has problems finding this drive. In order to boot, I must Alt + Ctrl + Del at POST till it shows up in the list of drives found. Then I must hit F8 (Pick drive to boot option) to select  the SSD for booting or it won't boot.I can only hope that things will get better with a new system thats up to date but from the talks of BSOD around here, I can only picture this being a issue with a new system.I give it a 3 as it is fast and I know it will be faster on SATA 3, Corsair may have the bugs worked out soon too. I think they got a firmware update  out now but I can't tell the version on my SSD as it not listed on the drive or the box. All that there is a model number. No version number, or anything to tell me when the drive was made. Even a date stamp would be nice to know if it was before or after the update .I was hoping for this to be my SSD for my new rig when I build it but I think I may go with a PCI-E SSD as they seem faster and more and more are becoming bootable. So by that time they may have some good ones out with little bugs.

Cons: Failed after 2 weeks (RMAed)

Pros: Super fast, lots of storage
Comment:
Really liked this drive, preformed really well and had a significant amount of room for storage. After 2 weeks the drive just froze up and disappeared off my bios. I'm not a expert with tech stuff so I RMAed it back to Corsair.Really want the new one to work. This review was modfied by poster @ 10-28-11 07:08 AM

Cons: From time to time I'm able to hear a weird noise, happens like once a day or something, nothing to worry about really, running strong for 3+ months.I used to BSOD like twice a day with Firmware 1.2 (mostly when on YouTube or watching a video with Flash Player. Since then with firmware 1.3 it only BSOD twice in almost 2 months. Haven't updated to the latest firmware yet.

Pros: QUICK AS THE BLINK OF AN EYE!Thin, Small, Lightweight, Zero-Noise, Zero-Heat, Zero-Access-Time!I'm always the first to load in all the online games I play!Installing applications (softwares/games) is much faster!Booting Windows 7 takes
Comment:
Price-Matched, it can be found for about 214.99$ (I paid 219.99$).Worth it only if you update  to firmware 1.3 (or newer) other than that you'll get BSOD (Freezing and you must reboot/shutdown). I think the latest batches already come with the latest firmware. This is a drive that's 100% worth it considering the 214.99$ price.Performance is Extreme!

Cons: Still a bit pricey. Windows may give you a hard drive with any SSD. I have the Marvell controller in my Asus Sabertooth X58 which seems to dislike this drive unless it's in AHCI mode for the best performance.

Pros: Very fast at boot up. Loads games and programs in seconds. No noise or heat Got it for 225$ from NCIX price match.
Comment:
This drive is super fast. I will be getting another one to raid 0 soon. If you want a good build then go for an Intel controller and not the Marvel that the Sabertooth x58 has. I can't get near the speeds that I should with the SSD but it's still blazing fast as is. I highly suggest this hard drive if you can afford.

Cons: Price per GB for ssd's should come down.

Pros: Faster than you can imagine. Red is hit or miss depending on the person. I like it, it matches the rest of my gear.
Comment:
Just picked two of these babies up today. Slapped them into my case, set them for raid-0. Can you say fast? I am awaiting a verdict on the reliability of these units considering sandforce is hit and miss with reliability. I am running a 2tb black drive for back up and some more outside of my computer so I'm not worried.Highly recommended!!
