None I ran this for about 4 days and it froze up for a minute or two, and then died. Tried various SATA ports and a hard drive tester we have in property, but no success. We are a computer organization so we know how to test drives. Truly a bummer.

So ridiculously rapid compared to what I'm utilized to. Instant applications, Windows boots in 1Ǚrd of the time, super easy to install and was picked appropriate up along with my other drives. Price tag? For the overall performance it's fantastic, but dang are they spendy tiny buggers :)

*Windows 7 Commence up is rapid*Using as primary challenging drive*Large enough to hold OS and a lot more games than I expected*First to be in games*Supports TRIM*Quiet *Costs additional than a common difficult drive*Can't use SSD's and HDD's in raid. But I knew that before I bought it. Nicely worth it. Significantly tinier and lighter than I had imagined. SSD is right here and you must almost certainly get 1.

This is my initially SSD. It dramatically lowered boot up time compared to normal HDD. WEI score of 7.two on my sandy bridge setup. Still also pricey for mainstream adoption. No SATA cable Overall I am really pleased with the functionality of this drive. I just hope it lasts over time.

Bought this right here for 贖 just before the holidays. Really quickly difficult drive. I've been employing HDD 7200 and 10000 RPM and this is by far more quickly than I had expected. Loads Win7 in less than 20 secs and loads applications instantaneously. Not affordable, but you get what you paid for. The two.five-three.five bracket is an additional plus, and I didnt' have to get that separately. Lightweight, low energy, quite silent, and cooler. 1 month of employing this and nonetheless running very good. Highly suggest to every person.

Performs as advertised. Not a terrible value at all. Using it for my OS. Windows 7 takes up approximatly 1Ǚ of the drive. Nil I would have got a bigger 1 if there was a 128 Gb in stock.

My boot time into windows 7 professional x64 is about 15 seconds from cold boot to windows USE-Capable with AIM and MSN Messanger loaded.Comes with the three.5inch mounting bracket which does the job nicely.Windows 7 provides it a 7. rating There actually are none, I'll absolutely edit this if I do run into a issue, but I've utilised Corsair SSDs in 4 machines now (one of the older model 64GB ones back in November with no difficulties, and 2x 128GB reactors in two computers at operate with no problems). I very advise working with Windows 7 with SSDs just simply because it's seemless installation. Windows 7 doesn't require any tweaking and altering when utilizing an SSD like XP and Vista would. It also has total help for TRIM, anything that is a need to have if you will use an SSDFor those worried about storage space on this, After putting in Windows 7 Specialist X64 and all of the standard software package I use (google chrome, firefox, AIM, MSN Messenger, Skype, avast, spybot, malwarebytes, handbrake, dvdfab, and a couple of others) I have about 45GB of space remaining. This is simply for an OS and applications drive, since that's where you want the overall performance anyway. I have a 1.5TB WD drive for storage, and this set up runs beautifully.

Comparatively economical, rated nicely. Their net website claims SATA-I compatibility, but ASUS K8V-X motherboard does not recognize it. (SATA-II compatible ASUS M3A78 does recognize the SSD, but that was not my intended usage.) I have been unable to locate something on Corsair's web site or elsewhere on configuring the SSD for SATA-I usage. Corsair's customer help consists of an RMA application, not on solving complications. Their forum has no clear search capability.

Have this drive running all my computer software and have a 1.5TB drive for saving almost everything too. Trying this configuration to see if the SSD will keep clean and rapidly. Straightforward Installation. None so far. Just want it was a little bigger for the value. excellent item.

Windows 7 Ultimate Fully boots with all programs loaded in 39 seconds!Applications installed Quick! only 64gb but even with all of my programs installed and an 8gb page file i nonetheless have an extra 20gb of spacesince i was only putting programs on the drive and not just producing a clone of the c: drive it was a somewhat substantial course of action to get everthing in the right place but man is it worth it! But I am glad I won't have to do it once more lol Make positive you have the correct controller selected in your mobo bios and have trim enabled(do your analysis it will be worth it)I do have an added <Program Files> and <Program Files(x86)> directory on an additional drive for a handful of programs that dont get applied typically and dont load when windows starts. Also this is exactly where I place all of my documents, music and images

This drive is rapidly and cool to the touch. Fantastic addition to any system as major drive. No problems with loading XP pro. Drive was recognized right from the start off and continues to execute above my expectations. It is noticably more rapidly than the Maxtor 1tb 7200rpm drive in my process. Boot occasions reduced about 25% from identical Pc's with one employing a 1tb WD 7200rpm drive. Well, this isn't a con to prevent selecting this drive, but in my Antec Sonata case exactly where the drive mounts in rubber isolators from the bottom of the drive, the three.5 plate does not allow mounting in this configuration. If you know the sonata case is produced to isolate drive noise from resonating to the case as inside mechanical drives and does not have the "side mount screw holes" in the removable slider drive tray. Even so, the plate was significant sufficient that big Zip ties was in a position to use to Zip Tie the drive to the tray which worked for me.. This wasn't a show stopper as i can't fault the drive for this mounting adapter. A tiny far more believed in the adapter plate for 3.five mounting from an engineer at Corsair, would have made this kit excellent fit for all three.5 mounting applications. I will obtain this drive again and I am thinking on replacing all my mechanical drives with this unit in all the Pc's I support... Good drive...

My difficult drive is no longer the bottleneck of my Computer. When people today say this factor is rapidly they freely imply it. I was rather skeptical about these new drives, but they genuinely live up to all the hype. None however, but I have yet to truly place it to perform which is why I give 4 eggs. I still have doubts about how it will hold up but from what I've observed so far, issues appear promising. Got it for 20 dollars off. And for that price I had a challenging time telling myself no.

Installed as straightforward, if not much easier than a SATA drive. No concerns putting in Windows 7 on it. Came with a mount, as my situation didn't include things like appropriate parts to install a SSD drive. Was suprised that Windows 7 had the SSD as the bottleneck of my new method - 6.9 rating. Even though the rig starts up in 10 seconds, reboots in like 15 seconds, and fairly substantially instance shutdown. Working with this drive as a the OS drive with 2 games (SC2 & Civ5) installed & nevertheless have like 20+ GB offered. If you can get a great 64GB SSD drive for around the 贄 mark pull the trigger!

Quick! Wicked rapidly! I installed Windows 7 in under 15 minutes. Programs commence very fast. Photoshop begins in seconds rather of minutes. This is my first SSD and I am placing one particular in each Pc I create from now on. None. Works good. I bought this drive when Newegg sent me a 20% off coupon in an e mail. So far, 64gb is plenty large for a boot/program drive.

Price tag. The drive is quickly for its expense. 𞲞USD I have practical experience with a handful of unique SSDs (intel, corsair, kingston, and gskill). The read and write speed are not exceptional on this drive. I knew that when I bought this so it doesnt warrant an missing egg. The typical finish user will not know the distinction, but a gamer will. The GSKILL line of SSDs I have identified to be 2nd to none. Great ratings in windows!!! Well priced / quick drive, but not a lot of space.
