Purchased two of these to replace the stock 2GB of memory on my XPS M1330. Not truly that significantly of a functionality distinction in day-to-day computing, but my laptop now runs quicker when having RAM-hogging programs like Photoshop and Premiere open. No true cons on the item itself, but on a side note:On a computer with a 32-bit processor (my case) only about 3.49 of these 4GB are actually usable in Windows. Shame that half a gig has to go to waste like that.

My Mini 10V is functioning excellent with Windows 7 Residence Prem. This has nothing to do with the memory but you have to field strip the Mini 10V to be able to upgrade. Have to study the instruction that is on Dell assistance side and adhere to step by step.

Speeded up pc somewhat. Not as much as hoped. I have an Eeepc 900 and installed this hoping my tiny laptop would speed up by a ton. Not only did I not notice a speed improve it also drains the battery a lot more quickly. Im upgrading from 512mb so there Must be a noticeable speed distinction.

Upgraded a Dell Mini 10V 񡹳). Running good! Essential has been practically nothing but perfect via a lot of upgrades more than the years. None Other believed is numerous on forums have said that 2gb runs significantly hotter in these Mini's then the stock 1gb unless you obtain it with a heat spreader. I have noticed NO difference in temps with this ram installed and pushed really hard.

Worked out of the box. Affordable ARM, quick sufficient. It went in a file server so not a high demand use and no OCing tried. None At the time difficult to beat the price tag. Even with newer RAM costs becoming greater I would commit additional to get this RAM.

It's inexpensive, and it performs well. A small ram can go a long way toward speeding up an old laptop. Plastic clamshells are a discomfort to open. Not a massive deal.
