Installed twice.....1st time had an unseated stick, technique would not boot.....pulled all memory, started with original 2 GB dual channel....System booted....Added 1 2GB stick of Important...system booted,....added 2nd stick ....all OK ! Now 6GB on Win 7 Beta 64 OS.....Good!Using Dell Bios 1..16 None Crucial Memory....need to have I say additional?Eggcellent shipping...2 day delivery when shipped.

It did run fantastic at initially, but it was faulty when it came to higher ram usage, memtest86 located some errors on the substantial memory bands. Had to RMA it atm, maybe like four weeks of use, but then again not everythings best. Hope to get new ones soon, just shipped it out currently to the RMA dept.

Reasonably priced. Supposedly trusted brand. Newegg's shipping is, as generally, impressive. The first set I received was DoA. I know this occurs with memory, but contemplate the truth that in one package, Both CHIPS have been broken just before I even installed them. Worse but, they both had different symptoms, so I'm guessing they had different dysfunctions. This makes me query the reliability of this memory. 1 malfunction is annoying, but understandable. But two? In the similar package? I installed this memory being aware of my 32 bit method would not recognize the whole 4 gigs,but just becoming the way I am,and I did it anyways,and ended up with three.64,which is alot better than the 2 gigs that had been in there.I can see the difference already.So for 41 bucks I am entirely happy.And as far as the service from newegg,it's been constantly a pleasure carrying out buisness,low cost ,on time tracking #(very essential).asus p5gc-mx񳄥,intel e 2180 processor it's raining I use the testimonials alot when buying on the internet,and I know how important it signifies to the corporation,but in the finish there's always someone ticked off at some0ne about somthing

As usual... Crucial ram just works. Its often dependable. Thats why each place I have worked at, we have usually purchased critical for servers and workstations. Not the cheapest, but you truly do get what you spend for. I was in a cheap mood, so I hunted down some 2gig modules on the Net for 20% more affordable... but guess what... not a single stick worked in any of my machines. Then the vendor insisted on taking a 20% restock fee given that they claim they had been ok in their test, 2 weeks to get credited and out shipping expenses each approaches... So I learned two lessons... Always get from Newegg and usually buy vital.
