It's Essential RAM. it doesn't wash my automobile. :( Memory tested clean. Been rock strong in a new build with Win7. Can't go wrong with Vital RAM.

One particular of sector's ideal compatibility/Stability, even even though not scorching-rapid gaming memory, you even so can trust your important information to it much more than to competitors. Identical with harddrives, and so on. storage - size is nice, speed also good, but practically nothing matters on the day when you lose vital/biz. information. And for reliability we only use Critical right here.I utilized to comply with a rule where Crucials go into Servers/Enterprise/Critical apps, but Corsairs for "high-perf"/fast/entertainment stuff like personal laptop, and so on. - even although Nevertheless utilised those non-Critical equipped machines for small business (at household - CAD/graphics design). But now entirely switched to Crucial for everything, and not missing Corsair. Here's why:For years once I upped up from simple/OEM-offered memory in mid 1990's, to Kingston, finally to higher-perf. Corsair I believed Corsair is my "terminal", only selection. Wrong. "High-perf" in their definition is valuable largely for counting beans or games, for stability on the other hand - Crucial No. Just don't overstress it as there're no heatsinks, on the other hand it's NOT a con - this memory runs COOL, with out any heatsinks anyway. I Generally Take away PAPER STICKER from memories - improves heat transfer, and on subconscious level (though most likely unreasonable) I claim to decrease conductance amongst PCB tracks by taking off that sticky paper label. Engineer here so sorry for technical terms. You may possibly risk forgetting what it is (once label is removed, a year later you may be puzzled what part# is?),, but really all my stuff ever ordered is in E-mail Inbox, you can goback to that old order & see portion#, and to be concerned about forgetting part# is silly when we must much more be concerned about life, death, health, family, world economies, etc. Just take off label & enhance heat dissipation.

16GB purchased, 16GB detected - five eggs in my book. RAM high priced. There are some points which only warrant comment if they don't work; RAM is 1 of them.

It functions properly in my new technique. Rapidly too. WEI of 7.5 on Win7 64 bit.Excellent warranty ... under no circumstances had a issue with Vital's memory. would have like a reduced cost, but really feel like there is great value with what I have. Put eight GB into a GIGABYTE GA-880GA-UD3H motherboard and get Win7 64bit Windows Experience Index score of 7.5 on the memory (no overclocking) .Went to Crucial's web web site, entered the model quantity of the board and this memory was listed as COMPATIBLE. Could have purchased four gig of 'faster' Crucial memory (or an additional brand's) but a WEI of 7.5 is fine by me. PLUS, there are nevertheless two slots open if a different 8 gig is required (for 16 gig total with this module). The 'faster' memory accessible would have provided me a larger WEI but would have maxed out the board to eight gig.Always check their internet web-site to get correct memory for motherboard. I have seen a couple of testimonials where men and women picked memory for a laptop/motherboard that was not listed as compatible on Critical's memory selector and they were not delighted with benefits.Am really delighted with acquire. Would (will) get it again.

Works great for Sandy Bridge systems. Originally I purchased Mushkin Redline 996805 for my make but they kept giving me errors simply because the voltage runs at 1.65. I have employed Essential just before on my laptop and I believed I'd give them a attempt once more. I place them in and they booted right away and all my memory errors had been gone and no far more hard drive corruption. But like yet another reviewer stated, don't be fooled by this ram due to the fact it doesn't have any heatspreaders. These ram sticks run super cool unlike my Redlines and are quite higher quality. I'm pleased with this obtain. No heat spreaders but you don't will need them for this memory since they run super cool. I advise utilizing 1.5v memory to avoid any challenges with Sandy Bridge systems.Intel Core i7 2500KAsus P8P67 Pro

It operates! I know. I'm way more than-entitled. It's made by Crucial which has nevered failed me. Why danger it. I was taking into consideration G.Ability, but they didn't supplied memory without having these over-the-top heatsinks. I don't need no stinking heatsink. That's how I roll! The anticipation of putting 16GB of memory in my personal computer was a bit of a let-down once I place it in. (That's what she . . . oh wait . . .uhhhh <quickly runs away>)

It's stable and rapidly enough; Don't let the modest packaging and "lack" of heat spreaders fool you.I effectively installed this in an 'ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3' motherboard, with a four-core Athlon II it scored 7.4 in Windows. Also, it overclocked just fine. It's generally DDR3 1600, but it's under-rated by Vital to insure fantastic stability. None.Possibly I need to say some thing witty here? I chose this Essential kit since Tom's Hardware tested this RAM at speeds up to DDR1900 at 1.65 volts, competing with some of the larger-priced gamer RAM.If you are hunting to get lots of RAM, with prospective for overclocking, this is a good solution.

-A lot of memory for 2 slots None. Definetly look at your MB's QVL ahead of acquiring any memory1 factor I like about Critical is how their memory stacks up against the Certified Vendor List for my motherboard. I saw each possibility and mixture operating for about 90-95% of Crucial's memory DIMM's. Other venders are about 50-60%.

Fantastic value for eight Gbs of ram, alot cheaper than you could get at the shop. My pc immediately reconized the upgrade with no challenge. Not truly a con but going from four gigs to 12 gigs on a amd II x four 630 running windows 7 64 bit, I genuinely didn't see that a lot of a diffrence performance sensible. I will give it time. Very good buy none the much less!

I don't do any overclocking and just bought this set because I'd go over 8 gigs when gaming and running multiple browser windows/trading. I price matched this for 35 dollars so no regrets here. I've always had a good experience with Crucial. Nothing too exciting, just RAM. I'm running it with 2 x 4 gb samsungs with no apparent problems so far. Run memtest86+ after you get memory to make sure it's legit.

It works, what far more pros do you need to have? I am not a gamer or overclocker, just need good solid reputable RAM. Purchased after returning defective Corsair RAM. Dropped an egg mainly because of the packaging. I most likely came close to destroying the RAM attempting to open it. Vital is normally a lot more costly than other businesses, so they could at least put some thought into the packaging.

Worked effectively with my Asus motherboard and it is a big step up from my old DDR2 RAM. None, Install went nicely and every thing is working as expected. If you are nevertheless on DDR2 and your motherboard can do DDR3 get this ram, It tends to make a huge difference.

For every person that buys memory from vendors other than Essential and Corsair, you get what you spend for. I've been going with those two for over ten years. Not a single negative chip DOA. I have had one particular go about two-three years ago, and the vendor replaced it w/o concern. Never ever. For a couple of bucks more, I'll usually buy the best rather than have a memory issue that's hard to track down the line.

Superior Cost, Crucial reliability. CAS Latency 9. I constantly trust Essential or Kingston for my RAM purchases and I've never been disappointed. I wish I would have noticed that I could have had RAM with CAS Latency of 7 for only 20 bucks a lot more. Even so, this RAM performs very nicely for what I have to have.

Crucial's CT2KIT51264BA1339 8GB PC10600 DDR3 1333MHz Dual Channel Desktop Memory Upgrade with 240-pins are optimal for desktop computers. DDR3 is the latest generation of memory with an improved architecture that allows it to transmit data more quickly. A dual inline memory module (DIMM) consists of a number of memory components (usually black) that are attached to a printed circuit board (usually green). The gold pins on the bottom of the DIMM provide a connection between the module and a socket on a larger printed circuit board. The pins on the front and back of a DIMM are not connected to each other. Each 240-pin DIMM provides a 64-bit data path. Standard DDR3 240-pin DIMMs are currently available in DDR3 PC3-10600 SDRAM.
