effortless installation none The cost just came down on this, so i had to purchase it.I bumped up my three.06 core2duo imac from 4 gb to 8gb. Set up took me about 5 min, and it was instantly recognized. So far, i am able to run VLC, iTunes, Song Genie, iPhoto, and do all the tasks i will need with no slowdown. Hopefully this speed will final for a even though before I will need to go up another four gb. |

Operates as advertised! Difficult to eliminate from the package. I got a Toshiba C655D laptop for Christmas. Came with 3GB of memory. I bought 2 of the Vital 4GB memory modules ƘGB upgrade) and I'm quite pleased to say that the laptop or computer recognized them appropriate away (as it must have) and I have had no complications so far. |

recognized correct away. functions fine. price was fantastic. stupid blister pack is also hard to open. memory could be simply damaged. Bough this for my msi A6200-248us that came with 3GB installed. Upgraded to two of these for a total of 8GB. Runs a lot faster now. newegg got it to me really swiftly. |

Purchased for quite low cost through Newegg. Functions properly in Mid 2010 15'' macbook pro none so far I don't realize why they charge a lot more for a 8 gb upgrade with two 4 gb sticks than 2 four gb sticks separately. |

I replaced 1 of the 2GB ones from Apple's 4GB that I got with the Macbook Pro. I run Eclipse/Netbeans/Spring TS/MySQL and some servers and it looked like I was running brief of RAM.It was recognized instantly and I noticed an improvement in overall overall performance. I use istat nano and it looked like after 6GB the swap has gone down and nevertheless there is some room to spare. I have ordered 1 far more 4GB to make a total of 8GB now. I purchased this for ื.99 and then newegg had a promo for 15% off so ordered one additional, so for a total of ๛ I have 8GB RAM. Note: - The 8GB Ɣx2) kit is far more pricey than these person banks :).- As opposed to the other unibody Macbook Pro, the back lid for this 15" i7 is a bit tough to tackle. You will need to eliminate the entire backside with ten screws. Also, there is nothing holding onto the back plate and yet it may well seem to be stuck. So be careful when you take it out. Also, don't worry too much about ripping any cables, considering that there aren't any. None so far! I am subscribed to newegg's newsletter and they sent me a coupan on the next day of the order. I speedily had a chat with Buyer Rep and she was sort adequate to method this coupan for me. It was 15% off.. so just Ů, but I am glad they did not fuss about it. |

Qty 2 ƔGB each) POST'ed and booted appropriate up.These SODIMMs replaced Patriot 4GB SODIMMs that had concern. Packaging was a bit of a discomfort to open.As I had to return the Patriot 4GB memory, to Newegg, in the original packaging... I wonder if they would have accepted the Critical memory back (with cut open plastic) if the SODIMM would have been defective?Hopefully, I will not have to study the answer to that question. |

I bought two and they worked perfectly. Was instantly recognized by my mid-2009 13" Macbook Pro. I have iTunes running, numerous tabs on chrome, a PDF Textbook, VM of Windows 7 running with 3GB of ram allocated, and nonetheless have ram to spare. Wonderful improve on performance. None thus far I ordered my initially set from a diverse maker and they came DOA. I am happy that they did due to the fact I noticed these pop up for sale. The 8GB pair of this identical ram is 贼.00 with great critiques. I located the solo 4GB for ใ.00 and ran with it. Bought two. Wonderful ram, great deal, enjoy the obtain. |
I purchased x4 of these, x2 for my 2010 17" MacBook Pro and x2 for my Dell XPS 16 Studio. none Don't spend the upfront "apple tax" for memory upgrades, just install your self. At the time, the 8GB upgrade for the mac was 200+ and at the time of buy the vital upgrade was 100. BTW, the chips I pulled from the mac looked identical to be un-tagged vital ram.
