Comment: Maybe the numbers don't show this as the very fastest SSD, but when you install it and update the firmware, it reads and writes at over 500 MB/sec. In the real world, the actual difference in how much an SSD speeds up your computing experience, is very small.I bought mine at NCIX on sale and have been totally happy with this product. Mature technology that performs extremely well. Doesn't care if stuff is compressible or not. Speed stays the same.

Only 500 gig Pros: Very fast , easy to install Comment: A very fast drive, I replaced my macpro hd with this Ssd and it now boots in albout 8 seconds as compared to 45 seconds. Large programs like cs5 snap open instantly. You won't regret buying this drive
