This machine is very intuitive, hardly needing the operator's manual which is included on a disc. (I appreciate having the manual, though.) I have run several CDs in small batches of copies, up to fifty. So far every blank has recorded perfectly. The machine could be faster, but since I don't have to attend it this doesn't really matter. It is practically as good as machines costing several times as much. I hope it lasts a long time with minimum trouble. |

Works exactly as mentioned, looks nice and doesn't make too much noise. Every once in awhile I'll get a disc fail; I'd say one out of every 200-300 copies but it works great. Would recommend. |

The Cube duplicator I received works great with shiny top media because it has the new slider installed. You need to make sure you are buying new slider The Cube version to avoid silver top media problem. |

This product is a nightmare -- it does not work with certain types of DVD-R Media. It will jam up if you use Verbatim DVD-R Shiny 8x discs or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R Watershield 16x discs. It needs constant baby-sitting. BUYER BEWARE! |

I own a duplication house, my work has been much easier on small run with multiple master discs since I purchased this duplicator. All I need to do is place the discs and press a button, then I can work on something else. This robotic duplicator will handle all my the duplication jobs. |

I just got this little cute machine and it works great. i just put enough copies i want to make and left. After i came back, it finished the job already for me. i love this machine a lot. i will tell all my friends to get one. |
