It functions fine, just like its supposed to. none The older ATX12v energy supplies come with a 4pin იv energy connector for the CPU on the motherboard. Greater end motherboards are now requiring a 8pin energy connector. You can use an EPS12v power supply to deal with this or use this 4pin to 8pin power converter on an older ATX12v energy provide (which is what I had to finish up undertaking). If you have a decent ATX12v power provide laying about, it is significantly less costly to just use this adapter (considering that the power provide has every thing that you want). |

i dont have any simply because mine was shipped damaged the issue cmae to me broken a single of the pins in the conector was snapped off and fell out as i tried to install it i wish i just bought a new powersupply ot begin with and saved myself the hassle. and also only a single eggh simply because you have to place one particular on i personally think it deserves none |

three.50 seconds.shippin saver was like 3 bucks.but got the UPS. Its taking 150 watts out of ma old 500 4 pin Poweruspply.my 850 power suplly sundnetly died and all othe 500 wat power provide i had didnt operate but this one operate and is very very good. runs a lil hot.i waited 13 hours til the ups guy came... im content i didnt have to acquire a another psu for atlease 150 dollars.GOOOD!! |

I have two of these now. They are handy and the connections on them are strong. They don't wiggle around at all! Extremely recommended if you don't require a new PSU but need the 8pin connection for your motherboard. I utilised this on an ASUS K8N-DRE server motherboard. Worked great! None. Value is correct and the cable is high quality! |

It connected with a snap into the four prong it adapted. Geez the cable is wrapped in snake coil! Nothing yet still waiting for sticks on fire trick! Do I actually need this cable to make my modern builds operate? Kk you have the four plug whipped w/this factor who's pondering about the primary PS hook?
