Cons: wish the screw a little bit longer.

Pros: easy setup, no maintenance, lot better than non liquid cooling, corsair link software for easy control.
Comment:
bought 2 of this to replace my old Noctua D14. setup was quite easy but you need to plan carefully in advance base on the space of your case. I recommend to plug the corsair link mini usb cable to the heat sink before mounting to the CPU, otherwise you may not have enough space to plug it in. Also if the screws are a bit longer it will be easier to mount the fan+radiator to the case. And will be easier to start mounting from bottom to top. For my case, I also have a fan grid, so I wish the screws are a bit longer. I use the Artic MX-4 thermal paste instead. Performance is excellent compare to my old Noctua D14. idle temp is around 35~40C vs 40~45C. fully load CPU 100% for min temp max at 65C compare to the D14 is around 82C. So a big difference by switching to liquid cooling. For people who think of switching to liquid cooling this is a simple way to do it. The corsair link software is quite good and allow you to control the fan/pump speed.in performance level the fan is noisy. I run in balance mode, the noise level is very acceptable, barely noticeable. In quiet mode, is really quiet. My NAS next to it is noisier. Each mode will change about 2~4 degree only. If you not doing CPU intensive stuff, use quiet mode else balance mode is just good enough.
