Almost silent, keeps CPU in a variety from 24-34 C (the greater value while playing Torchlight). 100x greater than the stock cooler that came with my AMD Phenom X6. None but. I did have a challenge finding a spot for the radiator due to the fact I have a big fan in the dorsal vent of my case. I ended up placing it on the door (which makes it painful really should I want to get back into the case). Longer screws would be nice.

-Brought my CPU temps down 10 degrees Ɠ.3ghz OC'd to four.2ghz. Dropped from 50s to low 40s.)-Straightforward to set up-Quiet None truly, a great value. First time watercooling something in my case. I usually thought it was also a lot hassle to get in to but immediately after seeing this, decided to give it a go. If you want to get into watercooling, this is the way to go.

Appears like it might eventually be a good setup. Sadly my system came with one of the double-sided screws messed up so I'm at a standstill on my make even though I wait to call Corsair tomorrow and see what they can do to get a replacement to me. I'm confident after I am capable to install it, it will be wonderful but I hate obtaining to wait now for this situation to be resolved just before I can finish up this develop. Quite disappointed. Hopefully Corsair can resolve this problem quickly so I can continue acquiring this computer completed. I'll update my overview when this issue is taken care of. Extremely effortless to set up which is exceptional for someone searching to get into water-cooling for the initial time. Delivers strong cooling whilst staying quiet. All about a extremely well built solution. Would have liked a second set of screws packed in for adding another fan to the radiator.

Fan is very quiet even below load. On a regular case, this would be very easy to install. No altering of the back plate on my AMD motherboard was required. I didn't take a star away for this but it was hard to set up this on my side port - you won't have this problem with a rear 120mm port (i.e. BTX case). This item shipped setup for INTEL CPU's, Only took four screws to change over to AMD - extremely minor hassle. Worked good on my GIGABYTE GA-870A-UD3 AM3 motherboard

-Cools CPU well.-Looks slick.-Uncomplicated to set up pump on CPU. -May be tough to mount fan & radiator, depending on how tight space is in your case.-Fan wire ought to be a little longer.-Only comes with one set of screws, so if you're preparing on doing a push/pull setup, you'll want yet another set of screws (or use only two screws per fan rather than four). I've got a Phenom II X6 1075T, which I'm presently running with just mild overclocking. Previously I was operating just the stock AMD fan & heatsink, so I can only examine the H60 to that, not to any other air or liquid aftermarket coolers. The idle temperature is only a couple of degrees lower, but the temperature below load is much decrease with the H60. For example, when converting video, CPU temperature would get to about 50C with stock; now with the H60, it doesn't exceed 30C.Installation of the pump was basic, but the fan / radiator was a lot more challenging. If you've got a truly spacious case, it really should be no dilemma, but I had to mount mine to the side panel rather than the back. Also, as pointed out above, the wire for the fan is really brief, but you can function about this. You can often use an additional 120mm fan anyway. Also, I'd suggest not to tighten down the screws that tighten the pump to the CPU also a lot.All in all, a good higher excellent solution that does its job effectively.

Keeps my CPU quite cool. Idles about 35c and gets to about 48c at max load substantially substantially greater than my stock fan/heatsink. Incredibly straightforward to install 1 of the mounting posts that came with the drive was stripped and I could not install it.Corsair consumer service/tech help was very tricky and very slow to do something. When I was able to talk to a true particular person Ɠ weeks later) they were very useful and sent me a new post. Don't expect fast customer service. This is a excellent straightforward upgrade to prolong the life of your CPU and retain the rest of your case cooler. It looks actually nice in the case, considerably cleaner than getting a fan/heat sink.

I did not relish the thought ot shipping a method with three pounds of Copper and Aluminum cantilevered off of a printed circuit board. I noted some heat sink / fan suppliers advise removing their heat sinks for shipping. The H60 Hydro puts a lot much less tension on the Computer Board and what tension that exists is transferred directly to the case. I found it very uncomplicated to mount – 4 thumb screws that I could actually attain with going by way of contortions. The good quality of the hardware could be greater. I've built two systems with the H60. In both cases, a single of the four thumbscrews would not screw on to the mating stud. The threads on the standoffs had been ok in both instances. The Thumbscrewhad not been adeqately tapped. Lacking any Metric Taps, I employed some WD40, tightening and loosening the thumbscrew until I managed to seat it all the way. Thank heavens the threaded studs have been sturdy. Cooling has been quite good. Running Prim95 Torture Test more than two various nights, temps stay at 47-49C. I’ve not seen it more than 50C and that was for a brief period of time. The ambient temperature was roughly 23C.Method:Intel Core i5 Sandy Bridge 2500Gigabyte GA-H67A-UD3H-B3G. I'd actually give the H60 a 4.five rating mainly because it is a little pricey but it does an unbelievable job and was very uncomplicated to install.I just built out a new system with the MSI P67A-GD65 (B3) motherboard, i7-2600K cpu all in a HAF X case. Installation was really effortless. I installed the backplate first, mounted the mb in the case, then mounted radiator and fan with the waterblock hanging over the edge of case. Install cpu and then screw on the waterblock. Took maybe ten minutes. A small on the pricey side compared to classic air coolers.

I really like the H60, very first water cooled CPU cooler I have ever utilized. Simple to set up, Keeps my CPU cool operating overclocked at four.4GHz with temps in between 35-40C, was able to overclock my CPU to five.1GHz with temps about 60C. Added a seocnd fan as completed with the H60 and my method nonetheless runs very. Fantastic price. Would like a second set of screws in case you want to mount a second fan as is accomplished with the H70 but that can be purchased for a handful of bucks at a hardware store also would be good to add LED to the fan but not worth taking an egg off for minor stuff. Really like the Design and style, Fit fantastic in my Xps 730 Dell Case. Took out the orignal H2C Cooling Unit and replaced it with H60. Super Cool Now, no heat in the program anymore. Cost. =) I like the way this was made. I looked at H70 and believed it would be as well huge for me and went with H60 immediately after reading all the reviews. Since i have a p67 mobo i am content with this selection

Uncomplicated to install... fan and radiator screws onto the back, plant the block on the CPU, power up and go! Acquiring the wide variety in compatibility makes it nice for when you may upgrade in the future. Undoubtedly worth the added cash to jump for a liquid cooler. None so far. The only problem that I've dealt with is the size of the radiator. Luckily, it fits perfectly inside my Blackhawk Advanced full ATX tower (built by XClio, bought April 2010). But there is completely no space to spare subsequent to the 240mm side fan. Initially time buyer with liquid coolers so I contemplate myself lucky with this buy. Heck, I've barely had my personal computer up in running for 90 minutes with the new CPU cooler installed and I can't help but be amazed at how nicely it's operating. Commonly when I'm benchmarking my i7 it's receiving upwards past 80 degrees Celsius. I believe when I utilised Intel Burn Test it got up to 53 at 1 occasion. Otherwise it kept it in the upper 40's. At idle the core is operating at 39 degrees. A large improvement above the heat sink that the i7 originally came with. Definitely going to have to try some overclocking soon...

Relatively low cost liquid cooling system, all-in a single unit The high quality seemed low. 1 of the mounting bolts wasn't threaded appropriately, couldn't screw it into the retention plate. Had to improvise with some jury rigging... going to request a replacement part from Corsair (wish me luck). The temps I am seeing are not incredibly impressive. This could be due to my semi-botched mounting which is at present missing one of the correct bolts and is zip-tied into place.I am operating a 2600k OC'ed to four.0GHz. Using a single pull fan on the heat sink. Currently I am finding 40C at idle and about 80C under load, which isn't terrific by any signifies. Manufacturer Response:You should definitely see superior temps if the cooler is mounted properly. We're very sorry you got a unit with poor screw. Please let us know if the replacement screw improves the cooling. IF it does not, we'll replace your entire unit.

Extremely easy to set up, and fairly low profile, so you can use RAM with tall heatsinks and/or its own fan without getting space troubles. Also the included fan and pump are just about silent. It didn't really reduce the temps on my i7 2600k as significantly as I was expecting. It does run much, cooler than the weak Intel stock cooler, but (coming from an A70) my temps only dropped about two-3c. Thinking about how a lot less costly the A70 is, this doesn't seem like a excellent worth buy atm. All in all, it is a really basic to install liquid cooler, but it won't replace a custom loop.

Effortless installation, low cost for hydro cooling, closed program lends to low danger of leakage. None at all. Last year, Corsair and CoolIT had been competing for the closed loop water cooling method market place, but they joined with each other and designed this beauty. This makes me think that it will outperform the H50 by fairly a measure. Also, anyone worried about leaks from this, take note:This is an improved program more than the H50. The H50 has (on Newegg) 1101 critiques at the moment, and eight of them skilled leaks... This signifies that you are statistically additional likely to die in a vehicle wreck than for your cooler to leak.Just a thing to assume about.Corsair doesn't make garbage, this is a excellent product.Efficiency is enhanced by a push/pull setup with two fans, as has been recommended.

Water, duh.Sexy, very best of these tiny water coolers on the market.Keeps my i7 2600k COOL at four.5GHz, will certainly go greater. I didnt care that it only came with 1 fan, thats fine, I purchased two CM Excalibur High CFM fans to do a push pull anyways.BUT, only one particular set of mounting screws! That genuinely created me PO'd, most Air coolers I've bought that support a second fan come with mounting for each. Push/Pull setup outperforms the H70 and the sleakness truly counts. Extremely pleased with this product, would reccomend to any individual seeking to get an entry into water. For my new build:i7 2600k @ four.5GHz (to start)ASRock Fatality P67 ProCorsair H60 Cooler (two CM Excalibur fans in push pullနGB of GSkill Sniper 1.25v RAM @ 1600MHzCrossfireX MSI 6950 (Reference models, shader unlocked to 1536, OCed to 900 - 1350)Corsair AX850 PSUWD 1TB Black SATA 6GBsall in a custom painted and modded white HAF 922.

low profile, quiet, super simple install (see cons for amd). stock fan cools as properly or far better than Hyper212+ in a push pull with two scythe 1900 slipstreams. see cons for the low score... does not have any tensioner (sp?) springs or something. im pretty certain i tightened the screws to my mobo way as well tight. looks like i bent the AM3 arms on the cpu cooler. fortunately Gigabyte makes a backplate that can take some tension. probably my fault but my hyper212 had springs to make suy ambient temps have a enormous impact on cooling. ambient temps had been reaching 40c + but the cooler was nonetheless capable to maintain my temps in the mid-high 30s, now the ac is on and my temps are down about 28-31c and no greater than 41c under load (occt, prime95)

I installed one of these yesterday. The installation went smoothly, but not sure why people complain about instructions. It's so easy "a caveman could do it". I hear absolutely no noise from that pump at all. I actually had to confirm it was running, it was so quiet it made me nervous. The fan that came with it, barely even any noise from that, unless I have my ear close to the puter. Just a simple "wooshing" from the air. I ran it for awhile and barely any heat coming from it. I am a happy camper.

I bought this heatsink to replace my old Zalman CNPS9500 on a Intel Core 2 Q9550. On my Zalman, I was hitting 45 degrees celsius idling and 70 degrees celsius under load.I mounted the radiator on the rear of my Antec 900 case with an Antec Tricool fan. As for thermal paste, I used Arctic Silver 5. Installation of both heatsink and radiator was fast and simple. As for my temperatures now, idle temperature dropped to 36 degrees with my full load temperatures getting only as high as 55 degrees celsius.Fantastic purchase. Will be buying more from Corsair. :)
