I bought one of these for my wife and her teaching. The tablet worked quirky at first in Learn Central but seemed to work okay in other things. At the 31st day, the tablet has SEVERE calibration issues even though it has been treated very nicely. I contacted Adesso tech support over 4 days ago via their web Help Desk request and have yet to receive a response. The tablet was cheap, and I got what I paid for. I have now purchased a Wacom because I know at least, that that should work. Thsi site is still great! Not thinking so high of Adesso though....

Pros: Its really light, so its easy and comfortable to place it on your lap while working, reducing the strain on your arms and possibly avoid Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. The tablet works, the pen is decent enough and the tracking is good. Cons: Ok, first off, if you are a mac user, pass on this. No support or software to activate or customize the shortcut buttons. So my shortcuts are merely for decoration, cant use them. Also, the pen has no middle mouse function. For my usage, I need a middle mouse, and even though there are two buttons on the pen, there is no option to set one as a middle mouse button. The pen also takes a second to realize its being used. Bottom line: Might be a worth-while investment for a PC. This tablet is cheap and it works and makes one feel better about not having to shell out $300 for a decent sized tablet. But i wish i did end up spending a little more for a more powerful tablet.

Worked like I figured it would. Only issue was the preset macro keys, there were the top row and three down the left column in Vista, and the icons are incorrect. But that is a minor issue. It was shipped VERY fast and I was extremely satisfied with the condition. I recommend this to most anyone. Also, if you want to use it to the best of it's ability, I recommend using a monitor with a 1920x1200 or 1280x800 resolution. Otherwise it doesn't trace anything quite right.

I use this for lecture presentations (chemistry). It allows me to draw on my powerpoint slides and work problems during class. It performs very well. My options were to get a product like this or to buy a tablet PC, and this is a much cheaper option! Some cons: The function buttons on the tablet are mislabeled, and the ones that are labeled cannot be reprogrammed (at least not that I can find) to correct them. I need to be mobile, so a tether and clip for the pen would have been nice.

I bought this graphis tablet about a month ago, I'm not a "big artist" but I do a lot of altering for my craft projects, and this has been a god send! It was super easy to install, and without even really looking through directions, I could start using it right away. The hot keys are awesome, and easily programable, when following the directions. I would definitely recommend this Graphics Tablet & Pen!

I use this product for my art work. Works great but the buttons on the writing pen get in my way. It takes a while to get used to the tablet but it performs greatly. I'm using Photo Elements 7 with it with no problems.

I bought this to use with Adobe Photoshop, but the software that comes with it does not allow you to program the macro keys. It uses an application called ''Macro Key Manager'', but the version that comes with this tablet has 4 presets and you cannot add more. To make matters worse, it comes with an overlay that has icons for the macros that are built in, but those icons don't actually do what they are supposed to do. I've spent about 6 hours now looking for the unlocked version of the software on the internet, but it isn't to be found. This tablet is worthless to me without the ability to modify the macros.

I am using this board to take all of my graduate notes in Engineering. Everything on the board works great, but the programmable buttons are not as flexible in function as I would want. It is much better than writing on a tablet PC because it is flat, closer to writing on a sheet of paper. I got used to looking at the monitor when I write in about 1 day. Overall a great product that performs.
