Cons: Bearings broke after 2 months

Pros: Good at moving air through rads
Comment:
2 months after I bought these, the bearings were shot and grind every time I turn on my PC. It goes away after the pc has been on for a while, but it's very loud when it turns on.I'm planning on replacing these with corsairs high static pressure fans, which I am using on my other radiator.Note: I would have given a 2 star review but I didn't purchase them at NCIX, I just shop here a ton and I know they care about product quality

Cons: Not flashy, no bling bling.

Pros: Solid, industrial, no-nonsense design.
Comment:
Quiet fan that pushes a lot of air. If you're looking for a no BS fan, you've found it with Scythe's Gentle Typhoon. Look elsewhere for aesthetically pleasing fans as this fan isn't flashy or pretty but gets the job done. Oh yeah, it also has those little notches on the fan blades you'd find on a Noctua fan.

Cons: -fan motor makes a slight study sound (barely)-no form of fan control included

Pros: -at full speed it is the most silent fan I've ever owned beating the Noctua NF-P12 with even the black resistor-per RPM blows more air than any other fan I know-more air flow per RPM than any other fan I ever used
Comment:
I have used Noctua NF-P12, GELID Wing 12 1500RPM 120MM UV Green Gamer Fan, 2 120MM Cooler Master fans and other brush less fans the Scythe Gentle Typhoon blows more air per noise and RPM. The fan motor noise is very quiet, only fan with more silence is a brush less fan I have installed in my case and Noctua running at extremely low RPMs. The nice aspect of the slight sound is it's a study smooth sort of tone that is neither high pitched or clicking like many other fans have.Price is a bit high for what you get, however the quality is what you are paying for. I would have liked a resistor or fan control like every Noctua fan (resistor) or control like the GELID Solutions Wing 12 120MMWing 8 80MM UV Green Gamer Fan has.

Cons: Rarely in stock, and when they do stock they only stay that way for a short while.

Pros: Deceptively quiet even when connected directly to a PSU. You would think that ball bearing fans would be louder and noisier, but that is not the case with these babies. They move a good amount of air and don't hurt my ears. Also because they are ball bearings, they will tend to last longer than sleeve bearing fans, and you have the flexibility of mounting them horizontally without worry of damaging them or affecting its durability.
Comment:
These fans are a bit on the heavy side, which you wouldn't expect from looking at them. Part of this is probably because of the ball bearings. These fans are especially good as radiator fans or heat sink fans, in a push-pull configuration. My only regret is not stocking up more of these at a time.
