Pros: Strong flow rateChangeable barbsTach leadCompact size
Comment:
Got this on sale a while back, pretty impressed with it so far. Decently quiet although I do wish it had a rheostat to turn the speed down a bit. The rubber lined mounting brackets don't seem to isolate vibration very well so I have mine sitting on a sponge, which keeps my case from buzzing. The included high flow 1/2" barbs are nice, trouble is they only engage a couple of threads on the pump housing, could see someone possibly stripping the threads out of the pump housing if not careful.

Cons: mounting

Pros: Flow, looks, changeable barbs

This is a great pump. Got it in a loop with a Apogee GTZ, Black Ice GT Stealth 240 and a Maze 4. I'm pleasantly suprised by the flow rate. The mounting system is a little finicky, but that's the only negative so far after 2 months of use.

Cons: Mounting mechanism could use work

Pros: Price, Flowrate, comes with both 1/2" and 3/8" chrome barbs
Comment:
Picked this up for a great price while it was on sale and finally got a chance to build a loop with it.Took a while to get the pump properly primed, but once it was running properly the flow rate is absolutely amazing!!! Can't be sure, but it certainly seems to be on par with my Swiftech MCP665.Having the ability to use either 1/2" or 3/8" barbs without needing to purchase an aftermarket custom top makes this pump stand out from most of its competitors, and ensures that it can be dropped into any loop no matter what size tubing is going to be used. The only complaint I could come up with was the mounting mechanism. The vibration dampening design should work as advertised, and folks should have no problems installing it in a traditional loop with the pump at the bottom of a case, but non-traditional installations (such as sideways on the back wall) are a bit of a pain, and not quite as secure as I'd like it.That said... at this price point, the inclusion of 1/2" and 3/8" chrome barbs, and with this kind of performance it's pretty hard not to recommend this pump.
