Fantastic searching, quiet fans, simple to attain fan controls. Large improvement over the preceding line such as the 900. I have an icydock two.five" to 3.five" adapter for my SSD that did not easily match the 3.five drive bays. All my other drives slid in perfectly though. Replaced my Antec 900 with this, and glad I did. Has all the improvements I wanted to see in the 900. The best two.5 bay doesn't appear to help hot swapping with my motherboard, not the case's fault even though.

A very good hunting case with a good bright window to view your components. The design is quite sharp hunting even if some of the characteristics are truly a bit gimmicky (see Cons below). The Fleet-Release access doors work OK and the filters have caught a lot of dust even in a single month of use (clean these at least that usually!). The variable speed fan controls are a good touch as well, and the case keeps cool even with non-maximum fan RPMs. I have not tested the best loading drive swap mount but the three.5" Fleet-Swap SATA drive bays worked beautifully. Super uncomplicated to just slap new drives in (if you connected the swap bays throughout motherboard set up). The bottom mount 2.five" SSD bay rounds out the drive accommodations.Has a incredibly light weight side panel in spite of possessing the window and the fit is good with two tool much less thumb screws. Window is massive adequate and a nice shape with an optional fan mount. Some of the "cool" elements of the design and style also tend to get in the way. The 3.5" bay latches appear very good but need to have to be opened for access every time, which is a small annoying. I agree that the expansion bay breakouts could be much better handled, and a tool much less 3.5" bay choice would have been great.I identified the Fleet-Release access doors to be finicky to open. You type of have to force them from the left side. A far better button indentation tab release mechanism or possibly a front latch release mechanism would have been welcomed. Even so, once opened the filter removal was fairly straightforward. But, you nevertheless have to dig/blow out the bottom of the filter region as the filter fit has space in the front.I had a difficulty aligning the screws of the motherboard backplane and back I/O panel; I had to leave out one particular screw in the finish. I don't know if the motherboard or case tolerances were off although.Front I/O panel is just the fundamentals. Also I'd choose it beneath the 3.5" bay. Power and reset buttons unlabeled. Case lights are fairly bright, I don't notice in use given that my case is on the floor - sort of works as a evening light though.Presently I use corded headphones as major audio and with the I/O panel on leading they have a tendency to fall across the 3.five" bay and interfere with the optical drive unless I manage it. In addition I leave the bay latch opened which makes switching the optical much less annoying but generally eliminates the purpose of the latch and detracts from the look. Side profile still excellent with the vibrant window.Cable management was very good adequate for me, but I don't have a complex use case Ƒx optical + 2x HD + 1x SSD + modular energy supply).Elements fitted:ASUS ENGTX460 GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi)Intel Core i7-950 Bloomfield BX80601950 (stock cooler)GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R ATX Intel MotherboardAntec TruePower New TP-750 Blue 750W Continuous PowerDespite these minor flaws, for the value (贎), I give five stars.

Keeps just about something coollooks amazinghas a ton of space for hard drives. The lights are always on if the computer system is running (i would like some form of a switch, they can be very bright.)if the sata ports on your mobo are at a 90 degree angle to the mobo then i would suggest using longer cables to stop them from kinking. (friends observation, not mine) As is regular with antec's circumstances, they are quiet even even though they offer you so a lot cooling among the fans, four on this one) im nevertheless finding new things out about this case as i use it, just found out about the sliders for the rear and top rated fan speed. All about the bonuses outweigh the negatives. my old case ran 1 fan very loud, this is a nice alter. it came with all the necassary components and pieces to get it up and operating devoid of considerably hassle.i will give additional info in a future post if i locate much more out.

Looks nice, quite quiet fans, easy to assemble, very good cable management, appears to be properly built. I like that the lights are just white - no disco in this laptop. Hot swap and 2.five bay worked ideal for my create. An additional poster pointed out issues with the hot swap but mine works fantastic. Have and Asus P7P55D-E Pro inside and all fit nicely. Break outs on the expansion bays are fine for me now but considering that I've already changed the mobo when on this machine I can see that being a dilemma later. Fan cables are a hair brief and connectors must be smaller. Door over 5.five bays are annoying, glad I don't use my optical that often. Did I mention this case looks excellent? Let me be sure to point out how very good this case appears. I really like it.

Appears fantasticCools excellentHot Swap BayAir Filters are straightforward to get to and cleanGood cable managementThe power/reset switches are really hard to accidentally push Was hoping for some additional SSD help..There is the hot swap two.5 bay on top, and one particular spot on the bottom of the case to mount a 2.five drive. With this getting a newer model I would like to see far more two.five bays. The doors in front of the disc drives may possibly annoy persons.Energy led + HDD led are blueI purchased this case to replace my Antec 902, i got tired of lugging that factor to lan parties, this case is substantially lighter. Not as very good cooling as some other situations of the identical cost, but most persons overestimate the cooling needed to run their rig. This cools completely with two video cards.

Looks remarkable. Nice air flow. Swap-able hard drive bays. Adjustable fans. They took the time to paint the inside black. Large enough to hold a 5870, not large sufficient to hold a 5970. Cable management is tricky, but do-capable. A vent on the bottom for the PSU would have been great. I have owned a handful of blue themed instances and wanted to get away from that. This case comes out of the box searching sweet. If you are willing to invest one hundred dollars a lot more Antec has some newer, better designed circumstances. But for the value this is a wonderful case. Its a conversation starter. Its exceptional. This is the ideal case you can get for a hundred dollars.

3 intake fans 120mm, one 120mm exhaust fan, and one particular optional 120mm side exhaust, The Lighting program like any antec case is exceptional in comparison to other circumstances. I could easily fit 570gtx in there, rapid installation of mobo and other parts. Dust filters are remarkable, i chain smoke when i play and they keep my case clean i just gotta rinse them in warm water for a handful of seconds and wave them about to dry them not a spec of dust inside of my case and ive had it due to the fact early december. Straightforward access to SSD (solid state drive) its as easy as swapping a xbox 360's hdd. Also this case has wonderful aesthetics ive never ever noticed a case produced with white led's If your not familiar with installing antec cases you may possibly have a little difficulty. You have to open the latches to access the cd drives ( its honestly not that negative how often do you open anyways?) I wish it had the 200mm leading intake fan like my old 900 but its actually not a massive deal with the new technologies nvidia has put out the video cards run alot cooler then they utilized to and it doesnt even go above 50c on a full load. If you want to match the led technique with your case i advise the razer marauder or blackwidow for its lighting systems (every color doable) and mouse sensible you can get the new lachesis or razer naga epic but im using my marauder with white backlit keys, blue side stripes, and blue beneath glow, with my razer naga mouse

All of my elements fit inside; no sharp edges; white-lighted 120mm fans (includes 3 lighted, on dark) are exceptional. Certainly no valuable documentation. Front panel ports are uncolored and unlabeled; for the record, they are left-to-appropriate: energy+hdd leds, usb, usb, headphones, mic. No speaker for POST beeps. There are tiny knobs on the front and two tiny switches in the back to manage the fans' speeds. Yet again, these functions are undocumented. All fans demand big old four-pin molex connectors from your power provide, not the little connectors that clip on your motherboard pins. There's some sort of giant plastic clip included (with SATA ports) developed to hold and connect your HDDs, but it doesn't in fact function. Like quite a few mid-towers, you place the energy provide in the bottom with it's fan grille facing UP; ready to catch the screws you drop. Optical drive bays are behind useless swinging jail bars -- producing drive trays behind them inaccessible. I just had to snap one of them off, or leave it waving in my face. No ventilation holes on the below-the-motherboard side door. The other side's transparent window involves grille and posts for a FIFTH 120mm fan. In case you feel the will need.Whole situation was excessively frustrating to set up, although working effectively now that I have finished.

exceptional cooling, pretty quiet, effectively created, no sharp edges, white fan leds genuinely stand out and are vibrant, leading mounted 2.five" ssd fleet sweep, fairly one of a kind hunting, i could go on. my front audio and mic jacks do not operate. other than the one particular con i am entirely satisfied with the situation. the cooling was a bit surprising, the case is cool to the touch. my last rig often was very warm when i would touch it.

Hot swap, USB three., decent expandability specially for a mid-tower.The fan are great. Super quiet but with lots of air flow. All the fans running on high is about the same noise level of a PS3 idling, possibly a couple of decibels louder. The develop good quality is outstanding, smooth flat black finish is great. The fan filters are almost a ought to for pet owners like me. The white LED's appear fantastic, not to over powering inside the case. I dislike situations that look like a rave is going on inside. I don't personally see it as a con, but the "gates" in front of the five 1ǘ inch bays would be annoying, if I ever used my optical drive. No genuine cable routing program, no rubber grommet for water cooling lines, the DF-85 has them even though. The expansion slots are punch outs, so you far better have blanks on hand in case you change your set up at some point. It can be a small cramped with larger video cards, but then once again it is a mid tower. I pretty much didn't get this case, but then the cost dropped to 贍 which beat out a practically equally priced case i was going to settle for.Intel i7 930 @ three.00ghzCorsair H50 push/pullCorsair HX650wGigabyte UD5nVidia GeForce 8800gt6gib Corsair XMS DDR3 1600WD VelociRaptor 10k 600gibOCZ Vortex SSD 30gib

Beautiful design, looks awesome when powered on. I enjoy the white led's. Fantastic airflow, nice and quiet variable speed control fans, plenty of area. Fits my 6 tough drives perfectly and keeps them cool. No removable back slot thingies. I don't know what they're called, but this case would be great if it came with removable rear slot covers. These are the kind once you break them off they're off for excellent. So if you eliminate a card from your computer you're left with an open slot. Fortunately I had spares from my old case that I utilised. I may possibly even paint them black to match the rest of the case. The hot swappable laptop/ssd difficult drive port at the leading appears unneeded, I personally could do without it. As other people have mentioned there isn't a lot documentation included but if you know what you are carrying out you can figure it out.

Stunning case inside and out. Only had one sharp edge. White fans stand out greater than the old blue ones. External fan adjustment on front two fans. Hot swap drive bays and e-sata on best was just the cherry to tie this state of the art piece together. Quite tight stretch for the pw/rset/hdd cable bundle. I know we all like great air flow but truly it was ridiculous how tight it is. But possibly with just 1 quad core rather of 2 it would have been a small far better. Worth each bit of frustration. This thing stands out in a room of custom computers.

The case looks kick a$$, 4 fans, good cooling airflow, and quiet operation. My hard drive makes the most noise. Nice that you can manually control the airflow with the manual toggles for fans.

Pros: Structure, Airflow, Easy swap HD's slots, Quiet fans.

I've had this case for about a month and I couldn't be more happy. The airflow that the fans give at any speed is more then enough for any gamer. The case is WELL built and does not feel cheap at all. The easy swap HD's slots are an amazing bonus to an already amazing case. It looks, sounds, and feels awesome. 5 out of 5 stars on this one!

Cons: -The watercooling holes, motherboard hole, 7 expansion slots and 3 5,25 inch expansion bays are snap out metal plates that cannot be put back.-No cable management features.-Fans are all molex connected so can't connect them to the motherboard.-Nearly nothing is tool less, even drive bays.

Pros: -Only 60$ after MIR during sale-Lots of airflow-Nice look-Big Window-Black Interior-Lots of room-The easily openable doors in the front are convenient for changing hard drives easily.-Dust filters for intake fans.-Large cut out for cpu backplates.
Comment:
Overall very nice case but it might not be as convenient as some other similar priced cases. Obviously for 60$ (or 65$ this week) there are no reasons not to buy this case. Great airflow and white lEDs really look nice.

This is a great case. Handles a 5850 with harddrives directly behind it with a little room to spare. Great cooling and decent quality fans. Note, buy an extra fan if you want one on the side window. Top SSD thingy is pointless to me, figured installing the SSD inside was a smarter idea. Overall, a great buy.

Cons: Front bay doors are plastic and a tad flimsy

Pros: SSD bay on top of case, fleet swap bays, room for H70 CPU cooler on rear, 4 fans included
Comment:
This case keeps everything I need inside of it, with nothing hanging out the sides. The SSD bay on the top is great, as are the Fleet Swap doors. One thing to note is the plastic doors are a bit flimsy, which, if you're careful with your stuff, is not a big deal. This case looks beautiful turned on.
