Anything that other people have already mentioned. It's Massive, cable management is fairly decent. It's a retooled 1200 generally. Just a tiny various appear. minimal, but they are there. The USB 3. concerns are a moot point nonetheless. So several ppl crying about the cable and to be 100% sincere by the time USB 3. is in complete swing and usable by all of us on all our usual devices "Light Peak" will be coming on the internet. This will successfully make USB 3. obsolete....well..USB three. and just about every other form of peripheral bus. So stop crying about the 3. cable...it genuinely doesn't matter. lol Just make certain you have an "Extra PCI-E x 16" slot on whatever mobo you're installing and you'll be gtg. Not to mention giving oneself with some protection from obsolescence. ;)

This thing is incredible, Pros are that this issue is Massive. Got lots of space to move around all these cables and such. because of its 7 fans, it keeps factors waaayyy coool, My cpu utilized to be at about 140 degrees F and now its at about 80 degrees, The side window lets you see every thing that is going on in the insides. I reside in a residence with three dogs and other numerous animals and the fan filters maintain almost Almost everything out of the case, my old case would have to be cleaned just about every month or so due to this and this just takes care of it all, the USB three. in the front is incredibly good for all of my devices, THis point is quiet as effectively with all 7 fans in it, the thing generating the most noises in mine is my PSU Extremely small, front covers of the drive bays could be an annoyance but i dont use my CD drives as well a lot, plus they are removable if you so wish, USB 3. cord has to be routed thru the case to the back of your Motherboard, and based on your organization expertise, not a massive quantity of room behind the motherboard for cable management, but it nevertheless performs really nicely

It appears really cool, the red LED coloring is nice, love the 2.5" hotswap on the leading, as nicely as the 4 internal. Honestly, I ordered this case following watching the commercial. It looked merely awesome. The doors, the style, the 2.five" external bay.Nonetheless, the initial 1 I got arrived with a broken five.25 inch door. I RMA'd it and got yet another one, only to come across that 1 of the five.25 inch doors on this has a crack on it.The plastic Antec used on this case is Really affordable, actually flimsy, and very fragile. It's really disappointing. I'm a huge Antec fan, but my faith in them is starting to fade swiftly. I don't get why they didn't use the similar plastic that they used with the 300 series.- Initial five.25" drive bay is a incredibly tight fit, cd/dvd drive crushes the wires into the leading fan. The first bay genuinely wasn't produced for a CD/DVD drive at all. Maybe a thing shorter, like a fan controller.- Internal hotswap units are creaky & the three.five" bays are a quite tight fit. The doors are just a gimmick. Continuous use will outcome in them breaking, I can promise you that. I am a bit burned from this knowledge. The Antec Three-hundred Illusion was my initially case, and I loved it. Then I had the Nine-hundred, loved it.I saw this and my jaw dropped, this was my dream case. I was so excited to get it. That excitement faded pretty speedily.Antec, where has your integrity gone?

Its enormous, fits every thing, blacked out interior, fan filters, tons of fans, and I like the not so vibrant energy lights and the fans that come with it, are fairly excellent. Functions good in conjunction with the cp-1000 psu. Antec thought this case out nicely, it was packed effectively to. Top rated 140mm fan closest to the front... complete speed it would grind on the sides of its shroud. Closer examination identified a fan screw just slightly off center, tada fixed it..... nothing horrible. They believed it out, black thumb screws, black fan screws, even the energy supply created for this case....... came with black screws. (I like my black and red)

*Very huge and roomy, the backside (opposite window side) is perfect for hiding cables for the major fans and the energy, maintaining that out of variety. Also performs good for hiding the wires for the front USB and power switches*The LED lights aren't too overbearing. They aren't also bright or anything like that. Fan manage in the back is good, given that its only Higher or Low, so as soon as its set, its set.*The Two substantial fans on the top give incredibly nice airflow for the case*Front of the case is really well performed. From the effortless open doors and the hotswap style bays for drives you want to plug and play perform Best, particularly if you deal with a lot of media and want to swap drives for different projects.*Plenty of drive bays as effectively for 3.five drives. I really like the further spots for two.5" drives, but I haven't genuinely required them yet. *The Front bays. I enjoy the thought of it, but having to open and close the bays to be in a position to place CD's in is a bit annoying and in the way. Its not a downfall, but it would be nice if they have been some way removable, even if short-term although you use the ComputerƧ USB two. and 1 USB three. is a bit in the way. I know USB 3. is the new normal, but I believe that Antec would have just been greater to place 2 USB2., a single Firewire and 1 USB 3. in the front. So I wanted to wait a month before I gave a correct assessment to this case. Very first off its Really roomy. It could not support E-ATX but I am operating with a ROG Intense 3 by Asus. It has lots of space, in particular for when I decide to run SLI Cards. The front bays are a bit annoying, but its not a make or break for this case, in particular considering that a lot of games created now a days are complete set up then not needing the CD any longer. The front of the case has fan filters that are quickly removable, and this is absolutely good, particularly given that the Antec 900 didn't have such characteristics. The one particular point I Wish that would have been on this case is the hotswap style setup was on all the bays rather of just 4.

- Hot swap HDD bays - Comes with 7 fans ( 5x 120 and 2x 140) - Uncomplicated to clean dust front filters, a step forward from the 1200 - Assistance SDD drives - CPU reduce out - Cable management holes - Supports Antec CP energy supplies - USB three. port in front - High air flow - Anti vibration silicone on side window fan - nice large rubber mounts on the bottom for the power supplies - Lots of room for HDDs - Red LED fans with red blades- easy to access front fan controls- front microphone and headphone jacks are now labeled, might not appear like much but immediately after you use the 1200 or 902 it will. - Just an Antec 1200 with a face lift - Antec 1200 is more affordable and much better hunting - Not worth the value contemplating the Cool Master HAF X is only ten dollars much more and offer way much more characteristics - All fans are four pin molex - Fan controls for the rear fans and top rated fans are located at the back of the case - Bay covers block the CD ROM slots, should open door just before ejecting CD ROM. - No dust filter on side window fan - Best 140mm fans is a step backward from the single 200mm Major Boy tri cool fan - No Esata port on front pannel - No anti vibration silicone for challenging disk drives like in the Antec P180 series - USB three. cable ought to be snaked by way of the rear of the case via a PCI expansion slot or water cooling hole. - External hot swap 2.5 bay is an ugly design and style and totally useless. - HDD still mount the traditional way leaving a good cable mess inside the case for every person to see. Why consist of a side panel window if there will be cable mess if you fill all the HDD bays. Antec does not listen to their customers at all, this is why a lot of users are going to Cool Master, I owned a Antec 900, great case for it day and age, upgraded to the Antec 902 which was just a minor improvement and if Antec do not shape up my next case will be the Cool Master Storm Sniper Black.Antec do not get it and im afraid its too late for them to recognize.1. Place all the fan controls up front or do not consist of any fans at all with the case at a decreased price.2. Cease taking the similar case from a previous model, remolding the plastic components and rerelease it at such a high price tagthree. All intake fans must have dust filters that are easy to remove and clean. They had the right idea on the 1200, and some how it escaped them to consist of a single on the side panel window in this model now that the front dust filters are straightforward to take away4. Stick to what you started, the leading fan should always be a 200mm fan, no exceptionsŏ. It is now 2010, turn the HDD 90 degrees to the appropriate

- Very attracting. Mainly roomy and uncomplicated to function with when the PSU is situated to the bottom.- Becoming able to open the front fan doors for hot swapping SATA drives is really valuable.- Holes are adequately constructed to enable strategically route wires.- Adjustable sata brackets for ease of swapping; and also largely no screws are important for your HDDs-Dust filters are generally useful-Fans are quiet for the most part- Black and Red scheme is awesome. - No mobo tray (would've been quite useful for particular mobo models. There are mobos that barely match; ASUS Rampage III can be an example.- Gates for the DVD drives are unnecessary and usually very useless if you can't switch its opening path (some peeps may have their towers on the left).- Top fans need to also have the red LEDs as effectively- USB three. has to be routed out the back and into a USB three. slot in the back of your mobo.- Regarding open space efficiency, this case looks like is geared towards a lot more usage of modular-type PSU. Running an ASUS Rampage III/with the Corsair Dominator GT into this case tends to make an desirable Beast.

-The cooling on this case is certainly excellent. 8 fans? Could be overkill to some, but it keeps anything I have frigid. I moved my rig from a 2 year old full tower with five 120mms and this case ended up dropping practically a complete 8c from my temps.-The cable management system is really effectively completed. Huge and properly spaced holes ensure even my rats nest of cables can be effectively and securely routed. The case I moved from regrettably had no management program, so I was on my personal with zip ties. This also tends to make cooling so much far better with this cases method.-Hot swappable bays and leading are a actually cool concept. Bays use thumbscrews and have notches that hold the drive in location. So much much better then the 'normal' tooless design everybody else seems to be utilizing. Plus the fans just pop open, so no removing the front. Genuinely a joy to set up.-Removable and washable filters built correct into the front. Effortless to remove and wash.-Tons of bays plus a SSD mount subsequent to the PSU. -NO SIDE FILTER. Why place filters on all the intake fans EXCEPT for the side? Plus, the fan on the side pops out a bit from the window so my original filter could not function as nicely as it did on my previous case.-1 of the leading fans was fastened on way to tight and had warped its casing, causing it to click up against itself. I was able to twist it back into its original shape once I figured this out, even so.-Back of case have been cables are routed could use just a handful of much more cm of room. My power supply (also Antec) has shrink wrapped cables and they didn't lay as flat as the case would like.-No hot swap component for differently built drives; my WD raptor drives did not line up. Extremely easy to take away connector and attach manually as typical, on the other hand.-Case comes with a handful of standoffs that seem to not be capable to come off of the tray. Not a issue for any motherboards, but I like to know I can replace standoffs if I require to. -Shipped UPS 3-day and the box arrived with a huge gash in the side. Case is fine other then a scratch on the window which I can reside with. The case appears incredibly sturdy, so I wonder if the complaints about harm are from the carrier placing a heavier package by way of its paces.-When purchasing this case it came down to this one or a case that had greater appears (in my opinion) but much less utility. I had purchasers remorse quickly when I placed my order for this case, but I am so pleased I went for this a single. It is obvious this case was someones infant, and a lot of time and work was put into generating positive every thing was as good as it could be. Very satisfied with my obtain.

Coming from a Fantastic Case Armor+ to this case I was skeptical as its not fairly as massive. This 1 is Painted black on the inside so that's a Plus. The fans have speed manage's which make cooling alternatives superior. Switched the Red Fans to Blue. I like Blue. Lots of room for my GTX480 and my Antec Kuhler 620 H20. Point runs cool and beneath load stays cool as properly. Case is 10-12lbs lighter than my old case. Personally I like the appear of the front of the case. RED RED RED RED RED RED... If you like Red you'll really like the appear. If not, purchase the Blue, Could be a small easier to switch over the Speed control Fans, but what can ya do? Only issue about the front, while it looks nice. the DVD Drive Covers, can be a small annoying. Other than that, WOW...Would have been nice to have Selectable Colour Fans so you could switch to whatever color you want. A lot of space for my AMD 1090TGTX4801000w CorsairAntec Kuhler 620 H20 w Arctic Silver fiveX-fi titanium.Played a couple of games absolutely nothing to demanding however, but stayed under 40c so far.. We will see how that goes.If you want a great Case, then appear no additional. Looks meaner than the 1200 and appears just about identical inside. Liked the look so substantially I purchased the DF-30 for my Son and will be acquiring the DF-35 for my daughter unless they come up with a smaller sized model. Antec has created me a believer. I now have three brands I will acquire. Good luck peeps.

Excellent case, Extremely huge all black interior. 7 fans five of which have led and all of themhave handle switches. Lots of cable management readily available. And the front panels open up with hotswap bays behind them. The first 1 I received was DOA. The leading fan scraped when it spun. There are also so quite a few cords on the inside that Avoid you from getting an optical drive in the top drive bay.The USB three. cord is also genuinely quick. Wonderful case lots of room I suggest it.

Incredible cooling with 7 fans, lots of space following you take out the fleet swap bays and it looks nice (after you take the red LED's off and place blue) :) Oh and I purchased this when it came with the cost-free Antec LanBoard.ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB 3AMD Phenom II X6 1090T OC: four.01Corsair H704GB G.Skill RipjawsKingwin Lazer 1000wXFX ATI RADEON HD 4850Asus Blu-Ray BC-08B1LTG.Skill Turbulence II Memory Fans Fleet swap bays get in the way since they are so major and bulky but I took those out. The best five.25" drive bay is blocked by the best 140mm fan so you can't install a drive up there but you can place a fan controller or card reader up there. The doors on the 5.25" are sort of a bad concept but to me I feel of it as opening the cabinet on my entertainment center to get to my dvd player, so it's not a large deal to me.

Want it came with additional hot swap docks. Far more of an fyi, but my blu ray drive would not match in the top bay. Just a tad to lengthy, by my samsung dvd rewriter in and match perfectl just anything to keep in thoughts. Just an awsome case. A lot of space for every thing that i have stuck in it. -Three big speed-adjustable fans in the front, two of the similar in the rear, two bigger on prime, and a spot on the side to keep a vid card (or 3) good and cool). -Bottom mounting power provide is nice. -Filters for the front three fans are simple to get rid of and clean. -The best mounted two.5 hdd bay is so valuable when dumping a laptop's stuff onto one of my quite a few hard drives. -Prime bay for a CD/DVD/Blu-ray drive is only very good for a floppy drive or card reader because of 1 of the two prime 140mm fans. Not genuinely a con unless you genuinely require three optical drives.-Dust and fingerprints...?-No eggs and bacon in the morning? -The other side panel can come off and you can route wires back there or hide unused wires. -There are a lot more bays for really hard drives than I have SATA ports on my mobo.-I'm guessing if you have far more than one particular really lengthy video card, wiring can develop into a hassle, but it seems to be capable to match some of the longest video cards out suitable now.

Arived undamaged.. Box had a single hole no damage to the case itself so all is good making use of the wire management hide all wires even the motherboard power cable is behind it only cable i couldn't hide are the cd and usb three. cd isn't genuinely the case's fault 1 top fan is spinning but even on high it can't move a tiny peice of paper like the rest of the fans?? kinda odd but its nevertheless operating so no minus eggs for that. One thing i couldn't stand thou Was the Power & difficult drive light its so bright that i can stand infront of it at night ten feet away and nevertheless cast a best shadow on the wall. So i did what any person would Black eletrcal tape on prime of it, seriously its brighter then all the red fan leds.. Truely is a Huge Freaking Case, obtaining to sit it sideways on my desk result in it doesn't fit beneath the drawers, still pretty freakin sweet thought the leds would set me off but the fan ones just like an alarm clock constantly red so fall asleep fine

Tons of functions; CPX PSU compatibility, easy to clean filters, lots of space for added cables, two.5" sata compatibility, and tons additional obvious characteristics. Incredibly quiet, even at the highest fan speed, its quieter than my old psu. potential for a sick watercooling setup. But the airflow is the reason why I bought and I am really content. There are quiet a handful of things I don't like; the 120mm fan doors are incredibly flimsy, even though they are seldom utilized, no side fan?, usb3 setup is clunky and just about pointless plus its non modular. CD-rom doors are pointless and in the way ill in all probability just end cutting them out in a although. want the grill on the leading was flush with the case it would make for a superior radiator mount. Could be larger, would help to accommodate bigger motherboards, and just far more space is good. No e-atx/xl-atx mobo assistance, but they are for these that are willing to devote much more than 4000 bucks to play their video games, not to mention the 5000 you have to invest on monitors to make it worth it. great case, if you don't like it you can paint it/ modify.

Alright so this case has got to be my favored case out of every case I have owned. It's completely huge! If you want room for far better cable management, far better airflow, tons of space to do something you want, and have it appear fantastic, this is the right case. The DF-85 has fan controls for all 7 fans for maximum airflow or they can be turned down to be additional quiet. Some energy supply cables may barely attain to motherboard plugins or to all the fan plugins. The hotswap bay on top of the case isn't too practical for a common customer, but it still can be helpful.

-Space: this case has a lot of it. Even with Antec's CPX power supply, there's adequate area in there to retailer all of your goodies. (Goodies = four HDDs, 1 SSD, a ten.5" graphics card, seriously large CPU fans, and so forth.)-Cable management: I've got a lot of stuff in my case which require a lot additional cables to be routed through the back panel so I can get fantastic air flow, I did it and my CPU still stays under 36C loadተC idle.-Airflow: I could really feel the hot air coming out of my case if I place my hands where the air is coming out.-Red LEDs: Red's my favorite color. -Size: this is my first full tower and I have to be truthful, I didn't think it would be nearly the height of my 46" HDTV.-SSD internal mount wasn't apparent till I looked for the instruction manual to see exactly where/how I can mount it. I'm prolly gonna custom cut a tattoo onto the side panel and get some cold cathode LEDs/meteor lights and let the tat glow suitable out of my case. Other than that I'm real pleased with the case and all of the stuff in it.

Size, extremely substantial and extremely sturdy, but not so substantially so that u can't put it locationsFans: wonderful ammount with straightforward/intuitive controlsalso has lots of excellent attributes like "hot swap" SSD, and others that are all great features. Bottom mounted PSU, it's the finest way to do it more effective for airflow etc. and i like the idea, but the application isn't so excellent since most PSU's are made for the top rated so factors like the more PSU energy will not be simple to wire (currenlty have a wire going straight on top of my vid cards which isn't cool imo).this isn't a real "con" but the case w/out components in it is like 30 pounds, add in all ur stuff and it's near 40 lbs, which i each like and dislike, i like it because it's sturdy and so forth. i don't like it mainly because it's 40 freaking pounds.-1 egg for the wiring fiasco this case kinda becomes. if i could give half eggs i would give this a 4.5Ǜ it's a Really excellent case but it does have problems. i advise this to just about anybody who wants a bigger case, the value is decent and the case is properly created. just be certain to attempt and come across a Power supply with longer cables or study lots of critiques to see if a person put a single in this case and see if things were lengthy adequate and so on.
