Cons: ExpensiveClosed corners

Pros: Sounds very smoothPWM
Comment:
This is my favourite PWM fan. IMO, 1200RPM gives you the best combination of airflow and noise. It sounds smooth no matter what speed it's running at - very little bearing noise. I have it mounted on a Scythe Ninja.

Cons: Currently my least favourite fan only because I prefer stronger airflow over silence.Rated at 1200RPM, 52.71CFM, 24.89dBA but airflow feels like much less to my hand.4pin TX3 connector makes it impossible to plug into a cup shaped 3pin TX3 socket so you must have a bare TX3 like on motherboards. The 4pin Molex LP4 to 3pin TX3 adaptor does not have an RPM bypass so you can't monitor RPMs when using a Molex connector. At that price I prefer something with more airflow.

Pros: 120x25mm, all black, closed chassis/screw holes, screws included, 4pin TX3 connector (PWM), includes a 4pin molex to 3pin TX3 connector, paper packaging and plastic outer shell, details/tech specs printed on packaging, 2yr warranty, was $11.Quieter than Arctic Cooling 12PWM and 12025 PWM, quietest 120mm fan I've tested so far. Completely silent 1ft away.No audible vibrations at all.Obstructing intake or exhaust has no effect on noise level. As always lowering the input voltage reduces fan speed and reduces noise level.Airflow feels equal to Arctic Cooling 12025 PWM.
Comment:
Not much more to say, it's an absolutely silent fan and airflow feels the same as the Arctic Cooling Fan 12025 PWM but it is quieter than the Arctic Cooling 12PWM and 12025 PWM.It's satisfactory as a silent fan, and probably HTPCs. Reminds me of the Vantec Stealth 80mm but I doubt this produces sufficient circulation for above average use. Cons: Nope

Pros: It's a fan, so it moves air
Comment:
Pretty good buy if you can grab it on sale and you need a PWM fan. Fairly quite, does the trick for what I needed.

Cons: -Had to cut into the 'closed' corners to use with Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme

Pros: -Silent-PWM function
Comment:
It does what it's suppose to do. Pricematched it to a bit cheaper, so I can't really complain for that price.
