I bought this based on the ratings and my research. Tried to install it only to find out it was not compatible with Windows 7. The company site was not much help when I went to see if they had new compatible drives. Nothing on the site and no answers to my inquires from them. So cross them off my list

I hooked up an HDMI monitor (with an HDMI-to-DVI cable), a network cable, a wireless keyboard, a wireless mouse, a speaker system, and a USB printer, and the thing worked the first time! Amazing; never expected that. If you have Vista 64-bit or Windows 7, download the latest driver software and install that. Their Support responded right away. Highest resolution for the monitor is 1440x900, but still looks OK on a 25-inch monitor. The screen refreshes a little slowly, so be warned. Overall, very happy!

The product works as advertised. I am able to connect my KVM to the Vanguard so my wife can work at the desk when I'm not using my desktop. For some reason, it disabled my wireless. Not sure if it's the driver or the wireless on-board. I was able to connect a USB-NIC card to get my wireless back. The base is too small, so it has a tendency to tilt if the cables aren't set just right. The base also doesn't 'snap' in place, so I constitanly have to slide it back in if I move it from one area to another. The mouse drags a little bit. Not a lot, but just a little. May have more to do with the laptop than anything else, so just keep in mind that if you are buying this thing you may need some horsepower to drive it. I did not use LAN or sound features.

This is a great product! Recently bought the wife a new laptop but still had the big monitor (purchased from tigerdirect). This docking station combined with the logitech wave keyboard has been perfect.
