So 4.99 is around the same price as the steam sales which goes around at least twice a year (Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, etc...). Buying this will give you a physical copy of the disc in an ugly orange box. The game-play is all right although there were some bugs that made you die. Although the game is supposed to be scary, it fails at it other than a few "jump in you face" moments. Wish the box didn't have that orange crap on it though... |

This is a fun game to play. At $5 it is a steal of a game. It honestly isn't that frightening, but none the less, it is a great game to play. Would recommend. |

I picked this game up on sale for $4.99, it was a steal at that price. I activated it with no problems on EA's origin platform and dowloaded the game. No real need for the disk unless you have limited internet bandwidth. Great game i highly recommend. |

I got this game as part of an NCIX custom built system a few years ago. I initially tried it out but wasn't comfortable with the third person view (it's the same as you encounter in the Resdient Evil games) and there were a lot of other games I wanted to play. I recently came back to it and gave it a try - atfter about half an hour, I was hooked and have not played it through twice. I liked it enought that I just ordered Dead Space 2. |

I enjoyed this game quite a bit. Picked it up for $7 on sale and enjoyed about 10 hours of game play. Seems like a sound investment. I'll pick it up in a month or to, and play through it again I figure.The replay value isn't a selling point by any stretch however a single play through is worth the sale price, or even 10$ if you really enjoy the 'Resident Evil' style of third person game.With Dead Space 2 coming out for PC in a short time, Pick this up. Skip the $60 price tag of the new game and play this until the new one goes on sale at least 75%. |

Picked this game up on sale because I read some good reviews and finished it a few weeks ago. It's a good game with quite a few scary moments to make you jump. Playing it again in the game+ mode in order to upgrade and try other weapons. |

this is decent game, very nice gameplay. the storyline is decent, but the lack of weapons and skills detracts from the game. there are a lot of scary moments that make you jump, space zombies will jump out from nowhere. overall great game, worth it to buy if you can handle the horror. |

Picked this up on sale - a good deal for a well reviewed game. I hate online authentication on principle. I had trouble getting it to run even though I more than meet system requirements, all drivers up to date. No patches available, poor tech support at EA. Google-fu and an hour of fiddling with settings got it working & fun ever since. |

This Game Is Awesome It Is The Only Game Other Than DooM1&2 Also Doom 3 that made me jump in fear.So your stuck on this infested ship and you have no choice but to fight the evil horde of mutated infested peoplez and the infected revived by evil flying entity's that grabs a dead body and seems to inject something that converts the prey into hunters to find more prey to feed upon and convert.Great Game i suggest watching the Dead Space Movie Before Playing as the game takes place after the movie ends they did an awesome job on this i played through 3 times |

This is a great game, lots of fun and pretty spooky. And you can't beat a sale price of just $5! Totally worth it.
