Kingston DataTraveler 102 4GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive (Green)

Fast transfer rates. I got eight.35 write and 17.89 read speeds, the fastest of all my current USB flash drives (about a dozen). Green color will be tough to lose! The type factor is greater than it has to be. The clear case surrounding the colored case is needles in my eyes, and adds as well considerably bulk to the case, making it difficult to fit along side a different occupied USB port. I don't feel two would fit side by side in my laptop. The color is just about neon. Still searching for the "perfect" usb drive.

Does its purpose. Was informed that it came with encryption computer software, nonetheless it does not. Really easy to loose the cap if you are not careful, not saying i have. Low cost, gets the job performed, wouldnt suggest because you cant guard.

It was no cost! It was cost-free... it's 4GB...so no cons. It was a free 4GB flash drive.

Not considerably A number of failures reading USB devices. Mostly my USB external drive. Even with the added USB power added.Tiny cable. Not substantially use if your Computer is on the ground To low cost to return. To small to use as a paper weight

Accepts information on command, deletes it on command. Functions as advertised, what's to complain about? none Funny point, 4gig was the size of the challenging drive on my 1st (Win95) computer. Now we obtain 4gig for casual storage. Almost certainly 4gig is the smallest you ought to purchase ir you retailer/transport video or sound files at all, and a lot more would be better. Videos, specifically, tend to be enormous.

Transfer speed is good, a tiny bit above typical for this cost range, it contains a Kingston Multimedia Manager which is an added for memories.. Don't see any cons for this memory, it does what it supposed to do. What of been good in a blue color, but it's ok.

Price tag, Newegg shipping. Pretty color. That's about all the "pros" for this small bad boy. Cannot appear to boot from this drive. This is the second Kingston flash drive which does not like to be a boot drive. The other is a Kingston Information Traveler. Patriot xTreme flash drive and Corsair Flash Voyager drives boot just fine.This drive comes preloaded with some type of Kingston "crapware". I missed that in the advertising. Junk software program, poorly functioning flash drive. No more Kingston drives for me. This Kingston Information Traveler 102 4GB is only helpful for transferring information by way of the "sneaker net".

It appears to work okay, I use for storage of passwords and instructions to where items are on my computer, in case of accident or death. I couldn't get the cap off, had to use a pair of plyers to eliminate it. It does what I need, so it was a good price for what I got.

Passed XBOX 360 format test with out incident. five year warranty. Cap fits securely. Decent transfer speed @ 9+ mb. Comes with 3rd party software installed. Not for keychain. Formatted it on the XBox to see if it worked. Will most likely reformat FAT32 to tranfer files in between PCs, Macs.

*Great cost.*Average/good transfer rates.Ʃ year warranty, which should take you well into the 3. age if it broke immediately after the term.*Got these on sale for ŭ.99 every.** In my own testing, the transfer rate of this unit is... ㅉ.4 MB/s Read ӵ.4 MB/s Write *By no means the fastest flash drive out there.*Purely individual, but I don't like that the cover cap doesn't snap onto the opposite end even though in use. (Silly however notable) I mainly decided to write this due to the superb customer service at Newegg. I purchased two of these and received 1 and one random SD disk. I referred to as customer service and inside two minutes the rep had one more two flash drives on the way, for totally free. Thumbs up to the 'egg for beyond wonderful customer service.I give it only four eggs due to it not having business leading speed. With that stated, your not paying anywhere near the cost for that industry leading speed.It comes with "urDrive" software.I can report that it works just fine with Win 7 64.
