I got a pair of these monitors for work and for the price they are hard to beat.The contrast and colour reproduction is quite good for the range. One of the monitors needed calibration badly out of the box (yellow tones) but otherwise it's all fine.The monitor is slightly thicker than most other monitors but if you are using the included stand then you shouldn't have any problems.Speaking of the stand, it's rather flimsy like all other cheap monitors out there. They wobble quite a bit on the x-axis if you shake a desk for example but it looks fixable with a wedge of paper (haven't tested this yet). |

Bought this LG for $109 pre-tax when it was on sale. The monitor is great for the price. I took the time to adjust the monitor settings (contrast,RGB) and it is 90% identical to my 200 dollar Samsung LED monitor. However, this LG monitor is about 1 inch thicker than my 200 dollar Samsung monitor. |
I would definetly buy again, especially for that price. If you do not need special adjustment on your monitor I am sure you will like it.
