Cons: No sata3.

Pros: "Installation" takes about 10 seconds, fast speeds on USB2, looks nice, solid build.

Comment:
Extremely easy to set up, my old hard drive snapped into place in no time at all. The only downside is that the glossy finish on the enclosure really likes fingerprints.A great little enclosure for the price.
