It actually does run 20%-30% cooler then the reference style. Only hit 47C while benchmarking it at stock speeds. Also much quieter then the reference, with the fan at 50% on reference cooling it was noticeably louder then this card at 100%. It's Huge. Requires up three pci slots so make positive you got area. It does nevertheless have the dual bios switch for everyone that was questioning. All stock, 2 mins out of the boxHeaven Benchmark v2.5 SimpleSETTINGSRender: direct3d11Mode:𖜐x1080 fullscreenShaders: highTextures: highFilter: trilinearAnisotropy:^xOcclusion: enabledRefraction: enabledVolumetric: enabledTessellation: normalFPS: 38.7Scores:⛷Min FPS:Η.fiveMax FPS:ϖ.1

Quickly, assistance 6 monitors. Doesn't run hot.All about fantastic card Multi Monitor Help:Far more then two monitor calls for require Show port on the monitor. if you use an adapter it has to be a dual active adapter to go from DisplayPort to HDMI. With out dual Active converter your monitor will be recognized but will not support more the 2x1 or 1x2. so if you want to use three monitors 2 HDMI and 1 Displayport you will require a show port monitor or a dual active converter. This isn't a undesirable factor. just not documentation about configuring it.I bought three DisplayPort to HDMI none active . max support was two monitors. Now I have three monitors making use of 2 HDMI from the card and 1 active dual DP to HDMI.so I get 3x1 Adore this card. Black OPS appear awesome on it.

Outstanding is the only word I can feel of! Runs fast and super cool! Very quiet, which shocked me due to the fact it had two fans. I've cranked up the graphic settings to max on each game with out any problems! This tends to make my 5850 look like a toy.My 5850 was operating about 65c under load, this card runs about 40c beneath load! Awesome! Unbelievably Enormous! I can't knock a egg for it mainly because I knew it was enormous just before I ordered it. Requires up three slots completely! Everyone acquiring this high quality of a card is possibly going to have a complete MB and total tower situation, so you won't have any issues with space. But you'll nevertheless be shocked how Big this card is! Any so with my complete tower it is not a issue at all.Other con is why video card manufactures haven't built cards like this with two more substantial fans ahead of! I have lost track of the number of video cards I have owned, or employed in consumer builds and this one by far is the very best! Asus makes a top quality item and this is no exception! If you are contemplating buying this card, just do it! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Picked this up for the roommates first gaming rig. Easily competes with my 6970 and has never gotten above 50C with the stock cooler(if you turn the fan up) and hard hours at BF3.

Huge Awesome Video Card!! Runs the games at High resolution like a joke. Great Price, but would wait for a drop  for a crossfire. But it's better two of those instead of 1 hd 6990, better for cheaper (Tom's Hardware). Will buy another one when it will drop  a bit. Highly recommended

taking into consideration that it has two quite great sized fans on the card itself, its really quiet. runs incredibly cool. extraordinary improvement. tons of bells and whistles. ran under 45 celcius under load. wonderful card its large. takes up 3 pci slots. i dont care simply because i have the space for it but i can see that this may well be a deterrent for some. dont let it be, though, this card is worth it. ive been a hardcore Nvidia guy for as long as i can don\'t forget, I'm 28, and i purchased this on a powerful recommendation by a friend and he was spot on. some of the games i play are uniquely demanding on graphix and this card handled it like a champ. i was extremely impressed and pleased. i'm not utilizing this card to its fullest abilities as it can accommodate 6 monitors but all the exact same its a amazing card.
