InexpensiveSeemed to have fantastic reviewsRuns coolQuiet Dual Display TroublesWindows AERO Difficulties (GamerOSD prevents AERO from operating)With both monitors plugged into the card, video appears on the Samsung during boot. When Windows loads, video switches to the Proview and the Samsung goes blank. When I unplug the Proview from the video card, video switches back to the Samsung. Plugging the Proview back in enables for dual monitor. If the monitors go to sleep, only the Proview loads. I have to unplug it to get video back onto my Samsung. When the driver reloads, the similar issue takes place. This is a brand new ASUS ENGT430 GeForce GT430 card. I purchased it due to the fact I *thought* NVidia made strong merchandise. I work off dual monitors, so this behavior is unacceptable. I upgraded the show driver to version 266.58, but the driver would flash back and forth in between the two monitors and eventually select only the Proview. I rolled back to the 259.36 driver due to the fact it was the lesser of two evils. I would not obtain this card. I traditionally go with ATI, but this card received such great critiques. The dual monitor item seems to be an problem and has been. Exact same with the GamerOSD software program.Even with the rebate, the card just is not worth it if you want to run dual displays.

Awesome enhance in graphics from the 8500GT I had. Saw somebody say they had dilemma with dual monitors, I have been operating a dell 21" widescreen and my 20" Sharp LCD Television off the DVI and VGA ports given that day 1 with only 1 tiny problem and 1 weird problem. Having a weird issue with the Pc not wanting to boot when powered off...not sure if it's the DVI/VGA adapter I have on it but when I wiggle it a tiny and turn the energy off and on it tends to work. the other issue is there is a lot of noise on the DVI port.....not confident if this is also triggered by me using a DVI adapter or not but trying to find a old DVI cable (monitor is not Dual Hyperlink for some purpose) is a discomfort in the nearby area and paying shipping on a cable is stupid so guess unless an individual knows a way to get rid of the noise I will suffer for the time being considering that it only truly shows terrible on truly dark colors Appreciate the card so glad I purchased it, just wish I could repair this noise situation

This card is Wonderful! Im running dual monitors, and playing games on a 240w PSU! I imply this card literally kills anything you throw at it. Can run Counter Strike Source, Half Life 2, Contact of duty four, Fallout three, L4D2, MW2 and much far more at 125 fps continuous @ maximum settings! ( except fallout 3,mw2,and cod4 that run at mid settings but with continuous 125 fps ) The fan is a bit loud, but i have sensitive hearing, so it might not be for you. Requires NO Energy WHATSOEVER!Newegg delivery quite fast. Ordered on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday (im in georgia).Fits in a HP DC7900 Modest Form Aspect Computer

Didn't get video signal, but the fan came 1. 350 watt PS need to have had sufficient juice to energy this card. Now going for a 450 GTS instead from yet another brand. RMA'd it *~*

Quiet, high performance, cool to touch, manage 1080p very well, adjustable screen size to match Television, low energy consumption, dual screens capability (most video cards do). CUDA assistance. somewhat more high priced than comparable Radeon video cards. The card fits in Lenovo M58p desktop properly (fan is blocked by HDD a tiny bit). I worried the energy demand of this card could overwhelm the built-in 280W energy provide. I have this card in the desktop for three weeks and every thing continue to function well. Playing films at HD 1080p mode with out any issue. If you like to experiment parallel programming, this card has 96 CPUs for you to play.

Fantastic gpu if your motherboard does not come with onboard graphics.I purchased this for a custom create for a customer that wanted a non-gaming workstation. Works good on the Sabertooth x58. none If you are searching to game on a spending budget get the GTX 460 or perhaps even 2 of them and run them SLI.

Low Profile. Could be a small overkill for what I require it for, streaming Tv/Movies. Loudest factor in my HTPC. Was searching for some thing a little more silent. Appreciate ASUS products, but they could have produced the fan fins a small bit bigger.

IMO, this card is almost certainly a single of the very best GT 430s out there. You can't fault its performance for an entry level fermi resolution. It is tiny and comes with the smaller sized bracket for mounting in smaller sized platforms. It still appears good. 1GB of RAM. DirectX 11 help. No added power cables needed.I give it five eggs for getting a wonderful card for its class. None truly. OK, now for genuine expectations. This is an entry level Fermi. It supports DirectX 11 but it is slow compared to other Fermi based cards. If you can get by with DirectX 10, the 9600 primarily based cards are about 25% to 30% more quickly. If you can get by with DirectX ten.1, the GT 240 primarily based cards are approximately 25% quicker.Don't anticipate that this card can carry out as properly as a greater model Fermi card.I'm preparing to get a GTX 460 1GB card to replace this one. If you function with media/editing/gaming, you'll probably want to head that direction as well.

Low-cost, good spending budget card, power. It doesn't need a lot of power by todays requirements but it draw 14 amps at complete load and with no energy connector it draws it from the 12 MB supply.so if you acquire this card for a inexpensive create, study your PS's 12volt rail. some sources say this card can run on a 300w, other folks say 450. The fact is, it generates 176watts and draws 14 amps. I'd get far more is they have been in stock

- Low profile design and style and brackets included- Compact- Somewhat powerful and quiet under load (couldn't hear it over program fans)- HDMI output with sound- six.six WEI and complete DX11 support- Affordable overall performance for contemporary gaming- 275w PSU handles it fine with a complete load - Runs a bit warm ࿡c+ with fantastic ventilation) This card was an outstanding worth; soon after sale and rebate it price me much less than half a Benny. It's not a gaming monster (get the Palit 450 if you truly need to have that type of power out of an HTPC...) but it runs the games I do play effectively with respectable settings. - Mafia two, medium everything at 1366x768, no FSAA, 4x Aniso with Vsync on averages about 45fps. - FF14 benchmark score: 1870 (Low res)- I'd use Crysis too but that's not genuinely a worthwhile benchmark any longer.Incredibly pleased I purchased it.Biostar Eco i2 LGA 1156 bareboneIntel Core i3-560 three.33GHz with stock coolingG.Talent 4GB 12800 DDR3 RAMASUS ENGT430 (this product)Seagate 500GB HDD (re-employed)Generic DVD/CD burner (re-applied)

price tag, energy wants, picture, sound none so far operates as expected primarily based on earlier testimonials. Runs substantially cooler than the card it replaced so that need to reduce case temps as well. Hooked it up, downloaded drivers from web site and image + sound by means of 1 hdmi cable. Shipping was blazing rapid so 5 eggs to the egg for that.

Value was good. Video high quality is really very good...if you don't allow subtitles. The card plays my ripped DVDs with good clarity. The only situation is when I enable subtitles in Windows Media Center on Windows 7 x64, the video frame jumps as the subtile dialog changes. This took me half a day to figure out it was the subtitles causing this. It doesn't matter if I play movies from my NAS or locally or even a physical DVD in the computers dvd drive. I even dropped the card into a Dell Precision 690 which is a CAD drafting workstation. Very same problem. This seems to be a pretty huge challenge. I'm confident I'm not the only a single that has observed this with this card. If I am, then perhaps I got a poor unit. I will play with it for an additional day but will most probably RMA it. As well undesirable. I bought simply because of the postive feedback on this web page.

Does what its supposed to do. I installed this though I wait for my 560GTX-TI Twin Frozer II/OC to come in the mail. Does fine maxing all the vid-specs playing WOW. Haven't tried it on anything else however. Nothing at all so far. Purchased this for the house personal computer. Overkill for what my wife'll need it for but in case my gaming laptop or computer dies I may will need a stand-in and it'll do fine.
