This issue is a monster, not only the biggest card I have ever noticed, but it eats every thing I throw at it. And temps, now this is exactly where it shines. I dont like screaming fans so i went with this card and let me inform you, even tension testing fans only reach 30% max ᥆ degrees and they are just about silent. DirectX11 games appear so wealthy and full of colour, not to mention smooth as silk. NONE, if you cant see that this card takes up three slots and it clearly states 11" extended. Then run out to Wally Globe and get you a new machine, you dont need to be developing them. Sorry if I sound harsh, but come on, study before you obtain!!!! What else can i say about this card, its amazing, its big, but its remarkable. Make confident you are working with a excellent PSU. LOL, this is the initial card that got me to say *^&% when i opened the package. Have I said its huge yet? And BTW, my case and mother board has plenty space for a second card for SLI so perhaps the guy thats crying about it need to upgrade and acquire a decent case and motherboard.MSI P67A-GD65I7-2600K @ four.two Prime Steady Hyper 212 + coolerGSkill 8g X 1600 ʁtx2 WD Black SATA6 in RAID0(soon to be SSD when avail)XFX 650 mod PSURosewill ChallengerAnd This Monster

I bought two, as I hadnt tried SLI yet, so I wanted to & dont regret it. I doubled my functionality in games and everything runs on highest settings no challenge with really playable frame prices fan speed set over ຫ it begins to rattle like its rubbing. disappointed in that for sure.the GTX 590 came out appropriate right after i bought these, and it was a unannounced card, so it kinda just appeared with out warning into the market place, and is the exact same cost, but has about 32 much more cuda cores than these in SLI. wishing i could have gotten that alternatively, as i only have two PCI-e slots on my board. 2600K @ 4.5GHZ8GB 2000mhz @ 2133mhzMSI p67 B32x ASUS 570 CUIISSD 120GB1TB hard drive 7200rpm 64mb cache SATA IIIwatercooling program, corsair H60

This GPU laughs at video games. The heat sink and fan make it run at really low temps, have not observed it go more than 50c below load. SOOOOO BIGGGG!!!! This card TAKE UP three SLOTS, not a problem for me and my board but wow it requires up a lot of space. This card is remarkable! It runs every game on max and there is no lag at all. It idles around 30 degree's in a HAF 932 and by no means gets above 50 degree's complete load. This card is massive but I adore that it is huge. None. I am just curious with the people that overclocked the card 900. What did you put the memory at?

I have generally purchased cards from the "RED" camp for as lengthy as I can don\'t forget. And I am nonetheless a fan of that camp. But I wanted to shake issues up a bit and try a NVIDIA card to see what the opposition had. Coming from a AMD 6870 to this I must say I am impressed. I have generally went with what I can afford and what reviews had to say, plus forum comments. Hands down NVIDIA has produced a good product that I am proud to own. After the heat debacle from the 460른 series I was hesitant to attempt NVIDIA, but I have to say this card has stayed quite cool on air right after hours and hours of BFBC2 with every thing maxed out(no VSYNC). That will pressure any card. My 6870 did effectively too, but I see substantially greater FPS with this, thus paying a small a lot more for it. And the colour and visuals were not that various at all. I nevertheless give AMD the upper hand with video playback, but not by a lot. I assume I will ride the NVIDIA bandwagon for a small bit until AMD puts out one thing in this cost variety that can beat it.

I just replaced my ATI HD5770 with my initially Nvidia card. I purchased it on another website since I had a gift card. (I enjoy you newegg, but I had a gift card!) Anyway, like the title, wow. It barely fit in my antec 1200! (I was expecting this. Measure before you get this kind of stuff persons...) The box it came it was as huge as my motherboard box. It was heavy too!I loaded up Crysis 2 immediately after installing the drivers, and it laughed at me. It didn't break a sweat. It kills other games with insane framerates. I love it! It stays cool, and I in no way hear the fans more than my case fans. (unless I turn them up manually ...) When I ran the WEI assessment for kicks, the card emmitted a high pitched squeal when under load.... hasnt done it considering that even though. MOSFETS get loud for some purpose? The driver CD was a pain. I just ended up downloading fresh drivers. Normally I skip the CD and do this anyway, but I decided to attempt it this time. Nope. Under no circumstances once more. In case you are oblivious to each overview ever written for this card, ITS Large. Huge. Measure your case before you purchase it. It covers up slots on my MOBO also, so be ready...

Probably the coolest (temperature wise) 570 card you can acquire. This card requires up 3 slots! Which signifies the only motherboard that can hold these cards in SLI is the Rampage Intense which has 4 PCI Express 2. slots.I named ASUS to confirm and the help lady was nearly as upset as I was when she attempted the configuration herself. I purchased 2 of these cards along with an ASUS motherboard with Triple SLI in mind for the future. Even on the Rampage board you would have no space for something else with just 2 of these cards installed.I wouldn't have discounted 4 stars but there is also absolutely nothing in the labeling or description to clue you into the incompatibility for SLI or undoubtedly Triple SLI. I purchased 2 EVGA SuperClocked 012-P3-1573-AR GeForce GTX 570 to replace these cards which unfortunately broke my status as a loyal brand hore to ASUS.

-Amazingly low temps (idles @ 31C)-Good performance. Framerates are buttery smooth-Integrated HDMI port -It's fairly massive, though not really a con unless your case isn't massive adequate to hold it-Uses three slots but, again, not genuinely a con unless you have a lot of additional cards installed which is rare-Want it had a lifetime warranty but 3 years need to be fine. Most of us upgrade right after that amount of time anyway It fit with a small bit of space to spare in my Antec Nine Hundred case. It feels solid and the cooling they advertise is no joke. This is my initially Asus card (usually go with EVGA) and I chose it mainly because of the cooling. My GTX 285 worked good but got warm rapidly which often brought on tiny blips in the graphics. So far, this card runs factors much better AND stays cooler. Very advocate.

- Didn't get to use it =/ - Installed w/fresh reformat, got anything up and running like always; set up the Nvidia driver, it asks for the usual restart, and now I can't get past the windows splash screen w/o going into protected mode to disable the driver. Referred to as Consumer support and I can get a replacement sent to me a couple of weeks soon after I mail them this card...

wonderful develop design, the cover is metal. Comes with two fans close to 80mm that are dead silent, even at max. Idles at 40c with two monitors, maxes around 52c. maxes crysis and just about every other game easy as pie, no want for a 580. dual bios, with light indications, even with computer power off. i personally appreciate the 3 slot design. 32x QSAA vs. ati's 8x. awesome metal backplate as well.maxes: Just result in 2, Crysis, Crysis 2 demo, BFBC2, l4d, l4d2, all half life games and TF2 (duh, source engine), Fear two, and every thing else. I understand METRO 2033 has issues being maxed, but that is terrible game engine and porting, it shouldnt be so difficult to max, like the original crysis becoming uneccesarily challenging to max due to game engine flaws.** Fans at absolute max ** (when the personal computer first begins) sounds like a soft rumble from a v8, rather than a jet taking off. This indicates the sound is purely the fan, not the ridiculous airflow hitting the fans at crazy speeds. Prefered. No genuine cons. You know the value, the picture shows it takes up 3 slots. don't be an idiot and complain.minor concern; furmark at max produces sexy fps, but i can hear a whistling-type sound indicating that the MOSFETS are unders pressure...no overall performance issues, card stays frosty. I wonder if they skimped out on their mosfet design. The card has so much to offer you, Crysis isn't even phasing it. I Have played the Demo to crysis two, and the fps are phenominal. I dont have COD: Blackops... but come on guys... it makes use of direct x 9.... This card can run dx11 with max tesselation at high settings. Black ops can make me a sandwhich. BFBC2: max settings, 32xQSAA, DX11, over 60fps the complete time, monitored with FRAPS under intense explosions and particals flying, WITH physx. UNSTOPABLE.for men and women who dont read ahead of acquiring; 11.five inches long, five" deep, and about 2" tall. Requires up 3 slots. thats a single a lot more than a normal graphics card. so don't compain and deter people from buying this aweosme card.

Quiet (before it forces the Computer to reboot) Does not function right after tying to set up the drivers in Win 7 Pro 64 bit. Right after creating a new Pc with all the components from Newegg (except CPU+motherboard from a neighborhood store), the last thing to go in was this graphics card.Display was in VGA mode, so I inserted the supplied CD that came with the graphics card and even though putting in the driver, the Computer rebooted. Now, the Pc keeps on rebooting even just before OS is loaded (QCODE from the ASUS motherboard B2 and at times a lot earlier than that). It does not even give me the chance to go into risk-free mode either most of the occasions, because it keeps rebooting substantially earlier than that. Even if I go into safe mode, before I can see and try uninstalling the driver, it reboots again (note it is in VGA mode now and the drivers are not loaded).I take out the graphics and replace it with an old 9800 GT from one of my old PCs, it performs fine ideal out the bat, absolutely nothing special to do (No risk-free mode, no drivers and so forth).I am not sure if I ought to get a replacement or get a refund and purchase an EVGA brand Graphics card.

Exceptional cooling. By no means has gone over 59c in my technique. Also extremely quiet. Looks actually nice in my new rig. The card also has a metal backplane that give it extra assistance, and wicks away heat from the GPU.Full size HDMI port. Built like a tank. 100cm fans. Massive heat sink. Size. Seriously can't SLI the point, but I don't strategy to. You will need the proper situation. I'm utilizing a Corsair 600T. Only a con if you have a situation too small to hold it. This issue is beautifully enormous. I was scared of it at initial (lol), afraid it would put a lot of strain in the PCI connection. But, the moment fastened in spot, its held in place just fine. It's truly long, and does cover six of 8 SATA connections on my Asus P67 Deluxe MB, but just means the card has to be removed to install/remove the SATA cables. Not a huge deal. I never ever hear the fans when they crank (mid 1400's rpm). They idle about 1200. I don't overclock the card, but I'm confident you could crank this factor way up. Once more, its built like a tank.

This card hits the sweet spot. I also replaced a 6870 xfire setup with one of these cards, soon to be two in sli. Running the single card now and I can say that it is a beast. Can't see how everyone can justify 150 bucks or far more for a 580 to get a handful of frames per second a lot more. Scaling with the newer cards is outstanding. Have put this with 1 and two far more stock asus cards and am very impressed. Two cards is a little overkill, 3 is just for s & g's due to the fact my buddy has 'em and we can. Extremely pleased with asus goods. Can't bring myself to acquire something else is they make it. Newegg also rocks, of course. I wish the cooler felt a tiny sturdier. Seems a bit flimsy. When hooked up to the power cables, any tension in the cables appears to flex the card. Oh well, as extended as it does it's job, which it appears to be doing really properly. This card was made for my develop. Now I just want the second... to full me. I really like that it requires up 3 slots. I had a 4870X2 about a year ago, and I put the accelero intense on it. Nevertheless awfull quiet. I nevertheless worry if it's even on, but I have not had a heat concern. After playing New Vegas for about three hours with anything at max(Ultra setting)she still gets no larger than 55 degrees. Just a great card. Hunting forward to Crysis two. I nevertheless can\'t hear the fans. No hiccups on any of my games(BFBC2, NV, ME2, UT3) All at max settings. None. Just want to make a correction to my O/C, which I stated was 900Mhz. It was only 750Mhz at the present time. I was thinking of my last card, which was a 6870. 900Mhz would kill the card. Hopefully I didn't mislead anyone. My apology, but the card nevertheless rocks like no other.

I was torn among this and the 580, went with the wallet decision. This factor is a powerhouse and quiet to boot. Overclocks like a charm, have mine at 900񳋸񳯴 and the temps are fantastic. At 55% fan speed, 54c is the highest it will go in games for me and it's barely audible over the fans in my HAF-932. Crysis 2, granted dx9, but runs without having a hitch or lag at continual 60fps w/ vsync (I despise screen tear.) Really like the 3 slot design as the cooling is absolutely awesome. Would be impossible to SLI on my current board (eVGA X58 SLI LE) but that's also partly do to my RevoDrive. So if you strategy to SLI, make confident you have the room on your motherboard and in your case. This is more of an overclockers gripe. The BIOS and SmartDoctor (the utility supplied to OC) are capped at 1.1v for the core. With this card you could easily reach higher overclocks than what I have, you're just governed at that voltage. It's also incompatible with MSI Afterburner in terms of raising voltage. If you don't care about that, stick with MSI. If the 580 version is just a bit out of your value range, this is the next very best issue. The only thing that you have to seriously consider is the size, make certain you have the room. Overclocks smoothly until you hit the 1.1v cap.i7-920 @ 4.3ghz w/ Corsair H506gb Corsair XMS3EVGA X58 SLI LEAsus GTX 570 DirectCU IIOCZ RevoDrive 120gbHitachi 1TB StorageUltra X4 750w

This negative boy runs something at max frames, and stays cool without creating a lot noise. I ran Farcry2 benchmarking on this card for a half hour straight at 1920x1080 with each and every setting maxed and it under no circumstances went above 34 degrees celsius, nor did the fans ever get audibly concerning, whilst staying at the 60 fps cap for 99% of the test. This gpu laughs at WoW like im playing solitaire at the similar (all ultra) settings. This card is surely heavy. I strongly recommend locating a protected and permanent way to brace the front/outside edge of it so that it does not sag and at some point damage your MB or itself. ASUS's included drivers/utilities are not the finest, I would advocate obtaining them from NVIDIA's web site rather. As a high-end single card remedy, this card is best for gaming. I would get this once more, I would advocate it to buddies.

The cooling on this factor is awesome. With no getting overclocked, at 98% load making use of some anxiety testing software, this issue tops out at about 62-63'C, even though the back plate nonetheless gets extremely hot. Also, one particular Main reason I'm glad I purchased this specific card, is the use of a 6ư phase VRM style, versus the normal fourư phase for the GTX 570. Men and women have been running into matters when raising the voltage on the GTX 570, causing them to blow with even a slight voltage increase. This ASUS 1(and a single other brand I can't don\'t forget) can take a lot much more voltage devoid of getting in severe danger(with right cooling of course). I haven't carried out a lot of testing however, but so far I'm perfectly stable with 870MHz Core at 1.08v, and 4000MHz memory although I've hardly played around with the memory OC but. It's Huge! The card... just... a monster! It's not seriously a con I guess taking into consideration how properly it does cool, but check out the dimensions for the card and make confident you've got room. In order for mine to fit, I need to remove my tough drives and type of bend the metal of the HD bay to fit it in. The cooler extends a bit further than the currently massive PCB, so if you currently have a regular GTX 570 that barely fits and are thinking of switching, you may possibly not have space for this child. ASUS has however to disappoint me. Exceptional merchandise all around, and this card is undoubtedly no distinct!

Runs modern day games like a champ, DirectX 11 and wonderful power for the value. Coming from a Nvidia EVGA GTX 285 (and dropping my CPU OC from 3.8 to three.6ghz) my framerates in some games still have virtually doubled. Also, in comparison, the avg. temprature of the card has dropped by about 40-50%! Can't go wrong with that. This sucker is massive, so be prepared to make space for it. I had to move around hard drives as nicely as a tough drive rack to make this guy fit. I knew this guy was huge when I bought it, but I didn't think it was going to be THAT huge... so make positive you have a huge sufficient case. Outside of getting an upgrade, I decided on this GPU mainly because of its tempratures. On Toms Hardware in the Charts section for 2011 Gaming Cards, this card scored fairly well when compared to other Nvidia cards, only being outdone by the GTX 560 ti and 460 for temps. I also chose it mainly because of the duel fans on the side simply because I believed it would give greater airflow; needless to say I was not dissapointed. My avg. temps with the 285 was 85c under load and 51c idle (GPU fan speed at 90%). This card rocks a cool 63c under load and 32c idle! (GPU fan speed at 25% avg). If heat is a significant concern for you, I would extremely suggest this card.
