I bought the Engenius ESR-9752 N Router for a customer and another person was having issues with their D-Link. Since they didn't need N speed I choose this G model and again it's winner. The uptime and consistency of this although it's only been week surpassed their D-Link already. Judging from the N model I installed at the other location which has been going strong for several months without a reboot is self explanatory.I'd pick up this G router again without hesitation if need be. It's fast, cool and reliable. Cons: ???? Got me there.

Pros: Engenius...need I say more?Range, quality.
Comment:
I normally get the 9752's for the 2 antennas and the 300mbps throughput, but this was on sale, and the customer was not doing any wireless file transfers. Still solid and good range. If wireless speed is not an issue and it is just for using internet, then get this one and save a couple dollars if you are a cheap skate lol.

This came as a twofer - recommended with an EnGenius Wireless Adapter I'd put in my cart. No documentation except on the CD and its very, very confusing. I set up a wireless G router a few months ago and it worked great but was slow, so I wanted faster but inexpensive. Wish I'd just gone for a decent Wireless N and paid some money the first time. My house isn't big but most days I get only a mediocre signal at best and some days it simply stops working, requiring me to get up and hit the reset button. As soon as finances allow, I will but a more expensive, but reliable wireless router.

Maybe I got a defective unit but my 8 year old 2-wire router has better range. Going from bedroom to rev room (20 feet) only 1-2 bars signal drops. Going from bedroom to living room 35 feet no signal at all. Would not recommend this unit to anyone

A bit lean on the features, and the signal not as strong as I had hoped. It gives 'OK' performance. Not sure I'd go with this brand again...

I bought this because it was advertised as an N router. I see now that I am connected to a G router when I look at my connection data. The set up was not as hard as some have reported. I recommend you read the directions. I had to by an extender and an extra antenna. I still do not have the signal I want in an adjoining building. If I had it to do over, I would have spent more on my wireless router.

Cons: Unknown brand to me.

Pros: Low Price, Small Profile, Easy Setup
Comment:
This is a great little router for the price. It seems to play well with others also. Each time I hooked it up to my Linksys WRT54G2S or Siemens SpeedStream 6520 it worked immediately handing out connections over LAN or Wireless. Couldn't ask for a easier setup.

My old belkin g has greater range than this router. I bought to use with a cantenna which should increase range along with engenius. Promotes 10x range not in my house.

Router works fairly good. My desktop is wired to it, my wife.s and great granddaughter's laptops are wireless. My great granddaughter's laptop is in her bedroom and works just fine. My wife has a problem with the signal being weak and will reject her laptop at times. Her laptop is in the next room. Sometimes she has to move her laptop around the room in order to get a good signal. Otherwise the router works just fine. If anyone knows how to boost the signal, please let me know.

This router originally worked right out of the box. But then I had to roll back my Windows 7 system to an earlier date. It has not worked since. I have tried everything but the right thing--unplugging everything, emptying the Network Center and Sharing. I can only get a ''limited'' connection. Tech support hung up on me. I guess the technician figured setup is a no-brainer. I'll admit it should be, but it isn't. After staying up half the night with it, I expected tech support to walk me through. Some setting is wrong. Well-- I'm now just using my adapter and connectify to create an access point that my Wii can connect to.

Cons: None so far

Pros: Compact, price, free Wireless N adapter
Comment:
I originally bought this as an Access Point for my PS3 (To run Wireless N) but have yet to do so. I ran this as my wireless router and it seems to work well and I have only had to reboot it once in 2 months so far. I gave away the free Wireless N Adapter and it works on my friends computer. I would definitely buy this again.

Good price, however it was not an easy plug and play. Instructions were poorly organized and written it took me a good hour reading the manual and trying to find the log-in and password which was towards the end instead of being at the page were the information was required. Obviously the Owners Manul was written by a non english native speaker

Pros: It works, it is better than wireless G.

I bought this on sale and it works excellent, even though It says it transfer only 150Mbps, there is just no way to achieve this speed with a normal connection.

Out of the box, this router just worked. No troubles recommending this one. The config page shows uptime, that's a plus. DynDns works too for remote config.
