Cons: The drive door release key would not fit in the hole--use a micro allen key or similar; vertical mount is a bit wobbly; AC power plug is kind of clunky but comes with an RF cancellation capsule.
Pros: No-brainer pricing; solid feel; good looks; unobtrusive indicator light; excellent manual for a budget product; easy drive mounting; good rubber feet; slim profile barely larger than the drive itself |
The points above are just about the whole picture. The unit would not install on the first USB I tried. On the other panel it was fine. The install CD would not fire up; it contains only manuals ans some useless freebies. This is a nice item for the money.
