Cons: They are fairly hard to remove. I broke one a year ago and so that fan only has 3 holding it in place. at $4 per fan it is fairly expensive. Too bad there isnt a cheap 20 pack or something

Pros: Nice blue rubber fan noise isolators. Works well, reduces fan vibration.
Comment:
These are a harder rubber than the silicone type vibration reducing fan mounts as in Antec cases. They are great if you will be leaving the fan in that one place forever. If you plan on moving your fan, there is a good chance that you will either break them or need a knife.

Cons: They seem kind of easy to break... be gentle !

Pros: Fits perfectly, fan noise is minimal now!
Comment:
Pretty much basic... I used them to place a fan where screwing was rather impossible in my case. Installing them is simple: either push hard or use tools but it's very basic and you'll be satisfied.

Cons: doesnt work with all fans some of the cheaper fans screw holes go right through to the other side through a tube and that prevents these from being used.

Pros: Works well and keeping the noise down
Comment:
Works excellent and fairly easy to install. Needle nose Pliers help if your installing them into an already built case that doesnt have much room for your hands or fingers.

Cons: none

Pros: work very well
Comment:
They felt lose at first but the fan puts pressure on them, so the fan dont move around at all like I was scared of at 1st. I found these super easy to install, maybe because I was ready to tackle the task after reading other review where people found them hard to install.. but really it was just pull the tabs trough with my swiss army knifes pliers. They work like a charm.

Cons: Breaks to easily.Stretch during installation.Expensive for what you get.

Pros: Nice colour.
Comment:
I bought two of these 4packs for the front two Nexus 92mm fans in my Antec P150 case, and these are easily the worst rubber fan isolation screws I have ever owned. Two of them broke during installation and the ones that did not break stretched causing the fans to sag from there proper alignment. For nearly a dollar each these are just simply not worth purchasing since the "rubber" used is extremely poor quality and likely provides no vibration dampening.

Cons: Nothing except its weird at first then becomes your friend

Pros: They will isolate the viberation of the fanIt works
Comment:
Ok I'm glad NCIX cares enough about us(silent freaks) and carries such a product. You will not hear a big differnce(1 to 2db maybe) depending on the viberation your fan makes.

Cons: -Extremely hard to install-Nearly impossible to remove

Pros: -They actually do reduce noise-Nice blue look
Comment:
This reduce noise, so that means that they do they job. But at the cost of your convenience. These e.a.r plugs are so hard to install its not even funny. As all the other reviews have said, they are made of this almost solid rubber. And after that, they are almost impossible to remove. I had to cut it.The ones included in the antec sonata are even better. Not recommended.

Cons: - Too hard to install. Had to trim them down to fit.- Price is to high for a piece of rubber

Pros: - Only the slight noise reduction
Comment:
Not much to say really except if you can get them to fit, they will hold your fans in place and reduce noise. The trade off is that they probably can't be re-used. I don't think I'll be able to get them out of my case without cutting them.

Cons: -hard to install-even harder to uninstall-cannot be mounted on side panel with fan grill-don't look good-expensive ($1 per rubber piece!)

Pros: -reduce vibration, if you can install them-they're quite durable i must say. i squeeze them, pull them, bend them, they still don't rip.
Comment:
make sure you read the warning: "Some cases may have mounting holes that are too narrow and may require drilling to fit." it also applies to fans, as none of my fans have holes wide enough to fit these without some modding either on the fan itself or on these. i modded these because these are just rubber and i can just use a knife and make them narrower so they can be squeezed into the fan. i did, the fan goes in, great. but soon i realized that there isn't enough space on this to squeeze both the thickness of a side panel and a fan grill in. but oh well, these don't look good anyway so i hope nobody wants to mount them outside. keep them inside the case and they work like they're supposed to.

Cons: Difficult to install, a little pricy

Pros: Reduce vibration and noise in the case
Comment:
These things are a bear to install, but once you get them wiggled in to place they're a good product. I used pliers to pull them hard enough to get them through my fans' mounting holes, as my fingers were giving out after the first couple. I don't think you can rip them if you tried.

Cons: hard to installvery hard to removehard to put into all fansnot as good as the antec ones

Pros: cheapreduces vibrations
Comment:
I bought these thinking i could reduce some vibrations that were coming from the front fan on my Antec P160 case. Just a note, if you have this case, these are not reccomended. After struggling to install these (had to widen the holes with a knife) i found that it increased the width of the fan by just enough that it was now difficult to fit it into my case. Because of that, it is hard to tell if vibrations were actually reduced. I will reccomend these to others with different cases or mounts, however they did not work very well for me.Also, these are not nearly as good as the ones that come in an antec case.

Cons: - Only enough to do one fan.

Pros: - Much better than the Antec Noise Killers- Fairly cheap- Easy to install
Comment:
I have to say these work extremly well on high speed fans, there was definatly a drop in the sound levels after installing these for a friend.I have to say these work extremely well on high-speed fans, there was definitely a drop in the sound levels after installing these for a friend. They were easy to install and they don’t look to bad either, plus their design worked for both 80mm and 120mm fans from different manufactures.

Cons: ExpensiveHard to install

Pros: Works to some extent
Comment:
Well it does reduce vibrations, so it does work to an extent. It's useless for those who already have a quiet fan because you won't notice a whole lot of difference. This is a good alternative to those who can't find the noise reducing foam.

Cons: -Did not fit my case-Expensive considering the manufacturing process

Pros: In theory there are some
Comment:
I bought these thinking they would be like the the ones that came with my Antec BQE case. I wanted to mount a front case fan with these, after applying and tremendous amount of force just to get one into the hole on the fan, I was only to find it absolutely would not fit through the screw hole in my case. I wish I could get more of the Antec ones. These things were a disappointment.

Cons: -Tough to install/remove.-Not worth 4 bucks.

Pros: -Lowers vibration on some fans.
Comment:
Well I'm not a big fan of these, I didn't see much of a different in the sound of most of my fans with these installed. Personally having the screws kept the vibration down just as much for me. Trying to put these in was annoying and taking them out too...it felt like I was going to rip it in half. Unless you really like to insulate everything then get these, but you won't see a difference unless your fan truly dances around in your case.

Pros: Reduces noiseReduces vibration
Comment:
I was fussing about noise so I bought one of these. I'am using a Coolermaster Quad LED Fan on the back. I just got the fan so I dont know how loud it would have been without these isolators but I can determine that they have reduced vibration and noise. The were really hard to install and I was afraid of ripping them. If you wanna reduce noise I guess this is a cheap approach.

Cons: They *don't* fit thermaltake fans very well (read: at all) and I have difficulty seeing how they could fit any fan...

Pros: They *do* isolate, and reduce vibration...
Comment:
Well, they fit into the case well enough, but as far as the fan fitting on to them, I had very little luck. I let it hang loosely fitted on them, and it did a very nice job of reducing noise, but the temp rose 3 degrees, and I was sure if I'd leave it, it would have wriggled off.Bottom line: If you're sure your fan will really work with these buggers, go for it. Otherwise, avoid and save your money!

Cons: I'm not sure if you can uninstall themPrice

Pros: They work
Comment:
I mounted my Thermaltake Blue Eye fan (21dba) these at the back of my Lanboy and it's quieter than before (amazingly). However, I'm not sure if you can unmount them since the 'christmas tree' design locks them in place once you get them on. This is a good product... I wouldn't pay $4 for it though. Got mine for free. =D
