Perfect for converting my grandpa's old slides. Now I can share them with everyone. Worked as stated. Simple to use and did a pretty good job duplicating the picture. Price was right and as usual your company shipped quickly. Ordered on Sunday and had the product by Wednesday.

We very much like our little slide convertor. However, we have some problems with it at times. Sometimes the light gets dim and the slides are not as bright as we would like. Though we like the product, we are wondering if we could exchange it for another one and perhaps the problem of dim light would be solved.

The product was easy to use as advertised. However the image quality was very poor. The color balance was awful and resolution was terrible. The images looked like they came from a bad cell phone camera. I returned the product.

Very easy to use with the SD card and then to transfer images to the computer with a card reader. Good value. Does a decent job for the price. Pretty sturdy construction. Resolution and color are acceptable for most slides, but not really good enough for digitizing fine art slides. It's important that slides are dust-free before scanning. I also recommend following the directions which advise using the small sponge cleaning device that comes with the product before each use. Otherwise, small specks of dust may show up on the scans as black spots. Glad I purchased this.

First time use was easy and clear cut. One freeze-up occurred, but had read reviews, and it posed no problem. Look forward to long use and enjoyment.

Easy to use and operate. Used on Windows7. The copy Resolution is not good enough to get good 8x10s. used an old HP scanner for slides and some good flat bed scanners and never had such poor resolution. The old scanners wont work with Windows7. Many of the scanners on the market have limitations on what will work on Windows 7. Read the fine print. I had problems with Slides and Neg.

Unpacked this item and had it in use in 5 minutes. I copied a box of slides very quickly. It took more time to label the slides than make the copies. The option to rotate the slides before copying is very handy. Great product!

Setup was really easy, had no problems waiting for computer to install the required software. Connected to the usb port on the computer and went to scanning. The only drawback, that bothered me the most, was going from usb mode back to scanner, you have to turn the unit off completely then turn it back on. Other than that it worked really well.

Very easy to use. Convenient that can operate independently of a computer. Only issue is that scan quality is mediocre. Scans are faded. Need to use a photo touchup software to get close to original photo colour quality. Still a reasonable value, but don't expect same quality as your colour prints.

Internal memory is adequate to hold about 20 images before requiring transfer to a PC. Optional SD memory is not required unless you are operating it as a standalone device and need to scan more than 20 negatives. You can use it as a picture viewer to play back pictures and display images on a TV via video output. However the cable for this feature IS NOT INCLUDED. It is very quick, and easy to use. I scanned over 200 negatives the first evening. 35mm scans in less than 5 seconds into a 1Meg file. More than adequate for an individuals use. Minor nuisance when internal memory fills the out of memory warning can only be cleared by cycling power. You then enter USB mode and transfer the pictures.

We found the product easy to use - nice that it's portable. We did find it would freeze once in awhile, however for the amount of slides we had it wasn't a big deal. It is so nice to see the slide on the screen as you prepare to scan it. We needed something that didn't scan to a computer so this was perfect!

This is a really easy to use machine. No need to be plugged into a computer. Scanning 35mm negative films is super fast (about 50 times faster than scanning real pictures). Digitalizing old films allow sharing. Now, everyone wants to borrow it. A present from to me!

This does exactly what I need it to do and is easy to use. For the price it was a great deal considering I've scanned a few hundred old negatives already.

The ad description didn't say that a SD memory chip was needed nor a chip reader. The scanner should be able to plug directly into the computer and download the scans directly into a file, without screwing around with a SD chip. It has a good price, but poorly designed.

5 megapixel jpgs will produce decent prints, but capture less than the full quality available in a good 35mm picture. this would be a good product for sending snapshots off to relatives overseas, or for presentations, but not really good enough to replace the 35mm originals, or to archive valuable pictures for posterity.

This little gadget does EXACTLY what it promises, in 5 seconds, a perfectly acceptable digital image. These are just snapshots I'm scanning, not sending them to National Geographic, so it's a thrill to get a decent quality. Another reviewer was surprised and ''disappointed'' that it did not perform as well as a $300.00 Canon flatbed. At $109.99, I'm a happy customer.

I AM A PRESCHOOL TEACHER WHO USES A LOT OF VISUALS. I HAD SLIDES THAT I NEEDED TO CONVERT. FOR MY PURPOSE THIS MACHINE WORKED O.K. THE MACHINE WOULD NOT SCAN TOO MANY SLIDES WITHOUT HAVING TO SHUT IT OFF FOR A FEW MOMENTS. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PICTURES THAT I SHOWED ON MY LAPTOP. OVERALL I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR SMALL CONVERTING JOBS.

I bought this produce from another company's website. Didn't come with SD card as promised. Original website dropped the ball but Tiger Direct responded by sending me not just one, but two SD cards. Was more than happy with customer service!

Bought this scanner to convert all my slides and put them on a c-d for my kids & grand kids. Fifty years of slides. Now started on old 35 mm film . Works great , but some times when using for long periods it will freeze up . Just unplug for a few minutes and start up again. In one week we put on memory card 1750 slides . I would recommend it .
