Cheap, fairly, fits in hole properly. None to speak of. I want I'd gone with the 2x2gb to start with. I tried to go low-cost in some areas, but 2gb just wasn't cutting it for MW2 on highest settings in Win7 64. Memory was 100% complete during game play. I actually noticed the map loading as I was playing. Partially the fault of my slow hdd. When in doubt go for 4gb. I've ordered 2 additional sticks.Phenom II x4 945EVGA GTS 450ASRock Extreme threeG.Talent 2x1gb DDR3 1600 Corsiar 550WRosewill Challenger

Extremely stable with Foxconn Black Ops X48 motherboard place memory on this board and it's been no dilemma receiving to 1600. Just had to set E8400 Bus speed at 400. This board supposed to be a discomfort with memory. Glad it was easy. Voltage stayed low. Want I could get two more sticks. Shipping took over 10 days was only dilemma. Intel 8400 @ three.4GHtz, multiplier 8.five x 400MHTz Foxconn Black OPS X48 motherboard runs incredibly cool and stable with Prime95 and Memtest86

Flexible RAM. Performs flawlessly at advertised speed/timings and can be OC'd or reduced and tightened timings. Survives occasional high voltages ƒ.0V+) on my X48 board. Some of the critiques posted here. No a lot more GSkill sticker :) My Asus board auto set to the XMP 1600 but in most cases RAM will default to significantly less than 1600 MHZ. Just change it in the BIOS. Purchased many G Skill RAM sticks in the previous and all so far have been difficulty free!! I advise G Talent to initially time Pc builders mainly because of their compatibility and reliability.

Great memory. Runs stable at manufacturer speeds at 1.5v or at 1333MHz 7-7-7-18 1.5v. No issues with the mobo automatically detecting settings(ASUS M4A79XTD EVO). Wasn't high-priced at all. It's only 2 gigs? I didn't get a G.Skill sticker in my package this time? Appreciate G.Skill, they're frequently the least costly and I've under no circumstances had a problem with DOA sticks or method stability at manufacturer clocks.

Performs completely as DDR-1600 with default voltage. None. After an exchange of emails with GSKILL help, the 1333 post worth seems to be a difficulty with the inability of the mainboard CMOS to convey the manually input DDR-1600 to the post output devoid of crashing.

GSkill DDR2 memory that I got before was incredibly stable. Ordered it ten days ago and haven't gotten it. GSkill need to use greater shipping. They have a very good item. Shouldn't take 2 weeks to get memory. Makes me angry. What could it possibly cost to ship two sticks of memory making use of very good UPS. That they are working with DHL to USPS to walk it here. lol Pros effectively I guess it looks excellent and it ran it the rated timings and speed first off this ram is super slow I don't know this could be called High Functionality/Gaming RAM this got the same windows practical experience rating as my old DDR 400mhz ram a 5.five now that's just sad when this is 1600mhz ram and as for overclocking great luck I couldn't push it previous 1667mhz and even immediately after going to 1300mhz with timings at six,7,6,16 the ram nevertheless got a 5.5 rating I changed to mushkin ram right after about 2 weeks of tweaking on this ram attempting to get much better efficiency out of it and the mushkin ram out performed this G.Skill RAM hands down http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226173 Manufacturer Response:.Dear CustomerWe are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your G.Ability solution. This is only a 2GB kit, so WEI will not be higher. The WEI is not an correct calculation for memory performance. You will want a benchmark plan to test actual memory bandwidth. The new kit you bought is 4GB, and CL6 instead of CL9, of course the WEI rating would be significantly higher. It's far more than double the price of this kit.Thank youGSKILL AssistanceTop quality and buyer service are our leading priorities.Tech Assistance Email: ustech@gskillusa.comRMA Dept Email: rma@gskillusa.comG.Skill Forum: http://www.gskill.us/forum/

Both sticks perform. and it comes up as duel channel. I just completed my 1st build and had troubles with the initial set of ram i bought. I bought this Ram and it will not register at anything more than 800 MHZ. I have an ASUS M4A77TD Pro AM3 Motherboard and an AMD Phenom II X4 955. I have the most resent bios and i manually set it to 1600mhz 9-9-9-24 and it still shows as 800 on CPU-Z. If I leave the setting at auto the ram will registar at 667. I dont know if this is a ram issue or a MB concern. Initially I believed that possibly because the Processor has the cool n quiet function possibly the ram was being slowed down to match the processor but i turned that feature off. The processor was running at three.2 ghz and the ram was nevertheless running at 800 mhz. I don't assume i would even notice a distinction in efficiency if i got the ram to run at 1600. I'd be happy if i could get it to run at 1333. 800 just appears incorrect Manufacturer Response:.Dear BuyerThe 'DRAM Frequency' displayed in CPU-z is the base memory clock. Because all memory modules are DDR (double information price), the all round memory frequency is double that worth. So if it shows 800MHz, your memory is operating at DDR3-1600. As long as you alter the memory frequency, timings, and voltages in BIOS, every thing should run fine. XMP settings for memory to get to 1600mhz. Low voltage. Fantastic price tag. Couldn't hit 1600 on my MSI X48c motherboard, but that's a bios issue with my board. I have but to see any person with any sort of memory hit 1600 with this board and any version of the bios for is so far. Operating it at 1440 1.6volts.

I loved the memory due to straightforward to more than clock with my motherboard. I did have to set few factors up to make it more than clock 2133 and runs smooth and cool with my motherboard. I utilised the memory in 3 other computer systems. If you cant set up your bios on the motherboard to over clock then this isnt for you. Like I stated i over clocked my my complete program. 965 three.two to 3.91 and my ram just small more than 2133. all air cooled. I love the ram and employing a box fan to keep my whole technique cool. over a month with this ram and no difficulties with it. other computers operating more than a year with it overclocked and loved it. No crashes at all.

Good packaging and memory does it's operate quite effectively with AMD Phenom II X2 555 and ASRock 880GMH/USB3. none Who would ding this an egg simply because they only bought 2 Gb if they wanted four? For gaming on Win 7 COD & Farcry2, I never ever noticed a difference between 2 and four.

I tried manually altering the settings and viola 1600mhz! I haven't tried to go greater with these, as I am incredibly happy with 1600mhz. Very stable.

Technically functions (the laptop will boot up), even though not as specified. The G.Skill men and women who respond to these critiques apparently aren't engineers. Contrary to their claims, JEDEC-regular speeds for DDR3 range from 800mhz to 1600mhz, and lots of motherboards can, in truth, boot up at a memory clock of 1600mhz with no manual adjustment in BIOS essential. My very best guess is that these are truly DDR3-1333 modules that G.Ability has repackaged as DDR3-1600 (after testing them to see if they work when overclocked to such speeds) G.Skill sells "real" DDR3-1600 memory modules as model quantity F3-12800CL7D-2GBHZ. They do not call for adjustment in BIOS to reach their advertised speeds. Manufacturer Response:.Dear customerJedec normal is at the moment DDR3 1333. Other than DDR3 1333 is take into account as "overclocking memory". it is same thing occurs to DDR2 1066. Jedec common for DDR2 is DDR2 800 CL5. most the motherboard now a day assistance DDR2 1066+ but doesn't mean it is the normal. our F3-12800CL7D-2GBHZ is also plan as DDR3 1333 CL8. it doesn't auto-config to DDR3 1600 if not making use of Intel XMP.For much more info please vista our forumhttp://www.gskill.us/forum/thank youGSKILL Support

inexpensive duel channel ram i am planning to acquire for sisters laptop, decent latency none, possibly testimonials from inexperienced shoppers I seriously hope Spence was trolling or that by very first develop he indicates hes in no way dealt with computers ahead of in his life. DDR which is the prefix for modern day laptop RAM stands for Double Data Rate for that reason something that would show up in a monitoring system like CPU-Z would then be doubled to show its actual speed, for example his reading of 800 mhz would translate into the 1600 mhz stock frequency of these modules. I want you would have appropriately stated your tech information as low due to the fact you are fully oblivious to the truth that your RAM is operating correctly.
