Operating on a P8P67 Deluxe with an i7 2600k. Auto timings setup just fine and RAM is running like clockwork. I have the motherboard set to auto-overclock making use of mainly the Turboboost function, so I'm not the RAM is even been OC'd...but it let's me push my 2600k to four.5Ghz on a Xigmatek Dark Knight. Prime95, IBT, and MemTest verified...all is effectively! None Fantastic RAM. I've applied Corsair, Crucial, Micron, OWC, and OCZ...but G.Talent has usually outperformed all of them, and normally the very same price...sometimes more affordable!

Got it for a fresh from scratch build and it read it fine, ran at 1600 without having touching anything in BIOS. RAM checked fine. Looks excellent. This is a lot more of a motherboard deal but I'm such as it right here given that it is related to RAM. When I turned OC Genie on on my motherboard, it overvolts the RAM. It can be changed with the OC computer software while the comp is running so I changed it back to 1.5v, but then every single time I boot up it modifications to 1.65+v once again and so I have to modify it just about every single time. Other folks use the pc often so that is not a incredibly very good alternative, and if you turn on OC Genie you can't modify points in BIOS or it becomes unstable (tried it). So OC genie is of for now. OCing was a lot more of a curiosity thing and don't truly strategy on 24ǝing it considering that at stock it eats up something I throw at it (I'm coming from a single core Pentium four so I'm nonetheless in shock from the difference). Fantastic Cost and efficiency! I wish I could have purchased the 8gb kit instead of the 4gb kit. I couldnt affort a lot and now I am just kicking myself for not obtaining the 8gb kit. I am employing this on a ASUS P8P67 deluxe, I have had no difficulties at all. Runs perfectly. I will be selecting up a bit much more ram when I get a my taxes. Manufacturer Response:.Dear CustomerThank you for your G.Skill buy and evaluation. Glad to hear this memory is functioning well in your Sandybridge platform. It may well appear good, appear good but... DO NOT USE IN P67A-GD65!!! I know numerous have employed Ripjaw memory in their builds with this motherboard and there is speculation that this may well be the lead to of the infinite 'boot loop' that comes on the motherboard I put three eggs rather of 1 simply because I cant verify if this is the issue to my develop or not, it worked prior to but prior to I rma'd my motherboard I had the boot loop Manufacturer Response:.Dear CustomerWe are sorry to hear you are obtaining troubles. This memory ought to perform well in any P67 motherboard, so it is odd you are obtaining a problem. Please test one module at a time to see if one particular is causing the dilemma. When I bought this pair of ram it was $25.02, I price matched it for $23.48, and now it is 21 cents lower than my price match! [humour] I demand for my $0.21 price difference, or atleast my free 1/4 slice of cheese on my burger! [/humour]I only went with these because they were for a family computer and didn't need the extra 4GB of memory, if you need more, I'd suggest looking for a 2x4GB kit on sale, they can be had for as low as $30 on NCIX Wednesday sales. Performs as advertised, no difficulties with my p67 Sabertooth chipset. Good seeking heat spreader. Will recommend G.Skill in the future. Packaging is nothing fancy. I was worried when getting a p67 chipset. Soo quite a few men and women weren't in a position to boot with some ram. I chose to invest in a thing developed for Sandy Bridge and didn't come out disappointed.I chose the PC1600 over the PC1333 mainly because it made available no cost shipping when the slower speed didn't. Practically the identical price!

I've been using this same memory in an 8 GB kit in my gaming computer so when I was looking for a 4 GB kit for a HTPC this was the obvious choice. I'm using this ram in a Gigabyte Z68 motherboard. It works great and it's about as cheap as you can buy. No need to spend more.

Quickly, reputable, worked well with a 2500k setup and p8p67 pro board. Bought the ram in January and a single of the sticks is dead by April.. Lasted 3 months..Following 3 months a single of the sticks of memory just failed out of nowhere. I moved the sticks of ram around to different ram slots in different combinations and concluded it was indeed the ram that failed. Tried on a different motherboard and the failed ram isn't even detected anymore... Manufacturer Response:.Dear ConsumerWe are sorry to hear 1 module went bad. Please send it in for RMA and the replacement really should perform much much better. All G.Ability memory packages are backed by a lifetime guarantee for these types of scenarios. Works good and and passes all test.Runs as advertised most individuals don't comprehend that past ddr 3 1333 you have to set the ram over clocked in your bios to 1600.It's normal and it's not supposed to read at 1600 on most boards you have to run it at 1600 because your board is limited to 1333 unless it's more than clocked.Excellent ram for some purpose windows test scores it as a 7.9 which is shocking simply because my I7 with 6gb's of ram doesn't even do that.No notion why windows loves it so significantly but it's operating wonderful and it's also extremely extremely fast! None Turn your ram speed from ddr 1333 in your bios to 1600 and you're excellent to go.Just simply because your motherboard decided to set it at 1600 doesn't mean gskill is marking their ram incorrect it's your motherboards fault and you ought to read up on how to alter that in your bios.
